Fortem scanned the enemy. Well... they were obviously part of the enemy group, with the black masks... The abomasnow looked easy to hit, but it could easily hit them. Fortem was a rock type, so he had the advantage against ice types... Fortem decided to attack the strong abomasnow! He used stone edge, which, if failed, would at least create a barrier.

The Stone Edge connected! It took a fair bit of damage!

The Abomasnow countered with Ice Shard

It connected!

Emerald and Mewtwo were in their separate battles...

The Golem didn't seem to have anything noteworthy on it.

Words have no effect now...
"Just...knock...me...out..." The Weavile managed before getting completely taken over by whatever was afflicting it.

Weavile used Ice Shard.

Fortem went flying back, but got a grip on the rocky ground. He felt bad attacking the abomasnow... but he had his own injuries to worry about too; the ice shards had scratched him up. Fortem used sand attack to stall while he came up with a better plan, then leaped backwards to try to dodge attacks in advance.

Emerald seemed to knock out the Clefairy with a weird attack...

Fortem used sand attack again, to try and make sure that the abomasnow couldn't hit him or his friends... maybe it would even hit it's allies? Besides, sand attack didnt hurt the opponent much, which Fortem was fine with.

Opal tucked the parchment into a bubble and sent it to his cave with teleport. He’d look at it later. He continued onwards, now on gaurd

The Weavile seemed to be deliberately holding itself back...letting itself get hit

The Savannah was fairly large...but there were plenty of places to hide within the tall grass

[Fortem]
The Abomasnow couldn't really hit anything anymore...

Emerald would land a blow with Force Palm while the Mewtwo was (attempting) to knock out the Dartrix

[Shade + Frozzy]
Psychic Fangs landed!
Ice Beam landed!

One of the Applins was knocked out as the other used Razor Leaf, hitting them both

There was tall grass everywhere...lots of hiding spots.
