Call me crazy, mate, but in my dream that night I saw an eye, a left eye, and it said, 'You've claimed Bringosir, Blade of the Fallen King. We are a quarter way there. A quarter way to protection' I don't know what it was, but I- H-hang on a minute, mate, put the gun down! Can we talk through this peacefu-"

Chakti shuddered against the cold water, checking the PSI on his tank. "Only twenty minutes left. Still no bodies recovered.. This wasn't very successful." He loved being a search and rescue SCUBA diver, but it wasn't all that promising when you can't even find the ship that sank. Turning around to head back to the shore, he brushed his hands along the bottom of the lake, accidentally catching them on a strangely shaped piece of bark. Grabbing it, he pulled it from the sand and algae. "At least there's something interesting on this dive." He tucked it under an arm, his wetsuit cushioning it perfectly against his body.

Eden had a very personal relationship to death, you could say. Almost as if she were its Harbinger...
The other nurse nodded as she spoke and wrote down some notes. It was shift change- which meant Hollie was free to go after this. Finally. "Did ya need to know anything else?"
"Yes, actually. How did he get them?"
"Who knows, he won't tell us. Probably something stupid from the way he acts." Hollie gives a nonchalant shrug. "Anything else?"
Upon the nurse shaking her head, they both exchanged their 'good-byes', and the red head walked out the hospital doors. After glancing down at her phone for directions, she slowly started walking down the sidewalk towards the daycare. It was still daylight, so she'd like to take her little sister out somewhere besides the apartment. Maybe the beach? Or to the park? It wasn't every day she got out this early, after all, and she wasn't about to let any potential rain stop their day.
