This is a continuation of the RP; Below the Clouds.
As such, characters who made it to the end of that RP will be at the same spot as they left off.
The rest of the characters will end up at the camp, to meet Azure the Suicune, as new fallers.
There is potential that this RP may progress through the plot at a high speed.. Please to not hesitate to ask to slow down, whether you ask me directly or through the PalPad Groupchat I will inevitably make.

No powerplaying.
Minor swearing is allowed
Romance is allowed as long as it doesn't become the main focus
Legendaries are allowed but palpad about it first. Mewtwo, Suicune, Rayquaza, Deoxys, Keldeo and all Ultra Beasts are have roles in the story, so these ones cannot be taken
I have the right to decline forms as I see fit, potentially for reasons that may be from other rps.

Castle of Light - The lord of the skies resides here, ruling over the kingdom with a steady hand. Knights in white armour live here, wearing capes/scarves or various colours which denote their ranking (Of course, that doesn't mean the normal populace aren't allowed to wear capes/scarves.)
Cloud Playground - Children are often escorted by their parents to come here to pass the time, various types of equipment are found here, all made from clouds! The clouds themselves which the playground is on is super bouncy also! There are designated areas to bounce on.
Anthian District - Your shopping area for food, battle items and other amenities are here! All for daily life in Luminia! Everything is affordable and for a good price. Life in the skies should always be affordable. One has to wonder how they get everything in stock though...
Fate Arena - A place to train and get stronger, sometimes winning items or clothing with special properties for yourself! (Oh...and to gamble and win money also but that's not advertised!)
Suburbs - Villagers of all classes live here. No exceptions. Some of the richer residents may have homes in more secluded locations, or even miniature floating islands.
Heavenly Orchard - A great forest with many various berries here, they grow all year round. Residents are given a ticket for every season which allows an entry into the orchard to fill a basket of berries of their choosing. The berries here are often much higher quality than in the shops! And some berries you can't buy in the shops at all!
School of Sorcery – In partnership with the Castle of Light, this school was opened as an option for knights to incorporate magic into your attacks! However…it’s been noted that not many knights have the aptitude for spellcasting and fail to progress to the more advanced magic, and their technique for basic spells is often shoddy. That is natural of course, mana is still an extremely rare trait within pokemon. But it can be trained!
Hope’s Peak – The pinnacle of the heavens, clouds that which can be climbed on, similar to the of the Cloud Playground. It’s said that only those who have gained recognition from the Lord of the Skies can ascend this area…though no one really knows what goes on up there.
Sleipnir Park – The largest and only park in the whole kingdom of Luminia. Located near the suburbs and the Anthian District, citizens often go there to relax, just take a load off, and let time pass by. There were many types of trees that wouldn’t be seen on the ground below. One could say they could be a miracle altogether, a blessing from the skies, as most of them were very unique and vibrant in nature

??? - Mewtwo - A Mewtwo who has lost all his memories. Isn't as savage as one might expect from a Mewtwo but rather is quite kind and timid? Where could he be from? Under protection of Azure and Yung. When near those two, he tries to act more fatherly, oddly enough. They do appreciate the attention though
Tempest - Rayquaza - The Lord of the skies and ruler of Luminia. Leads with a strong and fair hand, and will do all for his kingdom
Azure - Suicune - A lazy Suicune who lives as a simple resident here in Luminia. Is very smart when he applies himself...that is, IF, he applies himself. He gets along with Yung and Emerald as well as the Mewtwo though, acting as a father to them both
Brighton - Keldeo - A visitor from another land. Calls himself 'Bri' Upbeat and cheerful no matter where he goes. Is quite the skilled fighter despite his looks.
Yung - Lucario - A Lucario who arrived by portal one day. He is seemingly one of the residents below the clouds, apparently from an island called Vivaldi. He is quite a friendly individual, though he is wise, having seen much. Residents here are slightly wary of the fact that he came from the ground? But they love his stories about life below regardless
Emerald - Riolu - A exceptionally cheerful and upbeat Riolu who is the son of Yung. He always tries to put a smile on everyone's faces and is pretty innocent altogether. He's doing his best under his father's footsteps despite his father often telling him he should cut his own path.
