Fortem was feeling optimistic today, maybe there was a chance of
getting back! However, he was still a little nervous... "Does
anyone want to come with me to help scout the area?" He asked, too
anxious to go alone. "I-I'd appreciate it, thanks."
"Umm, me, yes! I volunteer!" Meka called to the lycanroc, floating
over to where he was with Winter and Emerald. She wanted to explore
anyway. "Bri, are you coming?"
Fortem was surprised by the two legendary pokemon, but didn't
complain. He guessed it would be cool to meet them... if he didn't
screw it up by his overload of awkwardness. "Thank you!" He said,
with a sigh of relief. He looked around the clearing. Maybe just a
few more pokemon, and they could head out. "I'm Fortem, by the
way."
I’ll go, too. *Blade said to Fortem, he was excited to see a whole
new area*
*Mamoru munched on her berry* I’ll stay here if I’m allowed to...
*she said tiredly* I can help around here.

"My name is Meka, nice to meet you!" She hardly ever made friends
with older pokemon, so this was new. She started circling him as
she tried to let her growing energy out. She stared into the
forest, seconds from dashing ahead.
Fortem nodded to Bri, the Keldeo, and then looked down sheepishly
as he heard Yung speak. "Ruins? I don't know... sounds creepy." He
wasn't so sure... it was probably a scary looking place. "Meka...
Okay, I'll remember that then." He swished his tail a little from
side to side.
*Blade approached Fortem and Meka, he was wary of Meka since he
hadn’t met her before, he sort-of knew Fortem, he nodded*

Drew, still walking, kept thinking about what could been different
if he would of stayed. “Eh, whatever, I’m good on my own.” Drew
continued. He didn’t know where he was at all, but it didn’t stop
him. “Maybe...left?” Drew thought along with “Right!” I went on
like that for a while. He finally went through an opening that he
thought could set up camp, only to realize that it was the others
place. “Wrong way for sure.” Drew ran out of there. “Hopefully
nobody saw me...” Drew thought as he was running.
Fortem nodded. "Okay, lets head out then." He began padding along,
his hind leg feeling much better after a long night's rest. The
forest had lots of interesting smells, like unfamilliar berries,
and nutty and woody scents, which Fortem quite enjoyed (again, he
would go and smell every condle in a store if he was brave enough).
"So... how are you guys?" He clumsily tried to start conversation.
Mordred had been resting in the alleys, wary of all the noises of
the sky but protected by the buildings. She lay, staring up at the
sky with worry in her eye. She chewed on the berries in her
possession, sighing as she suppressed the anxiety bubbling in her
belly.
Meka nodded, starting to make her way forward. The wood were always
fun to explore, as the trees hid so much from you on your first
time. She'd have to remember this place for treasure hunting
later.
Winter watched the Lycanroc's group head off. He supposed he'd
properly meet them later. He had no problem staying and sorting
berries with familiar faces.
[Fortem, Meka, Blade]
“All good. Just the usual I guess. Getting into trouble is
something that happens all too often sometimes.” Bri said. The
forest was dense and thick, with foliage everywhere. Certain vines
look sturdy enough to be swung on
[Winter]
Azure had the propped himself up on a water bubble. He was trying
to think of what to do next. He had heard of something that could
stop the meteor...could they find it here...?
Emerald was frolicking about a little now
Winter started neatly setting the berries aside so the might not be
stepped on. He just sat and watched Emerald after that.
"Life is great!" Meka was pretty much cheerful about everything,
still not fully gauging the seriousness of the situation, not that
it mattered. She'd been to the ground before, and it was no problem
for her.
Very good, thank you! *Blade nodded, he limped a little bit more
than he usually did, he smiled at Fortem*

Fortem was pretty sure he'd seen all of these pokemon around the
city, but never really got to know them. He kept on walking,
enjoying the breeze, but paws ready to jump away if something
spooked him. Before long, they'd reached the edge of the forest and
saw wide, rolling hills. "Oh, so theres a meadow on this side,"
Fortem commented. "Thats cool." In the distance, he saw a building,
maybe the temple Yung had talked about... he wasn't sure he wanted
to take a look.
Indeed...there was something in the distance. It did look like an
old building of sorts. It looked abandoned...
[Winter]
Emerald rushed over to Winter. “Doesn’t Azure’s bubble look great!
I wanna poke it!” It seemed as though Emerald was fine with the
situation and had no trouble letting his childish side show
Valkyrie noticed the same Mew from before, the one fighting the
vulpix. She kept her distance from the group so she wouldn’t be
seen, but was still close enough to eavesdrop.
Winter let out a little chuckle. "Go do that before I freeze it!"
He blew some frost on the ground in front of him using a light
powder snow.
"Ooh!" Meka loved exploring abandoned buildings, there was no
danger in it, just interesting mystery. She dashed ahead, not
making any allowances in her excitement
