Miko was letting Amber ride on her head. She looked around her,
wondering of she should have caught some of the pokemon in the lab.
She shrugged, oh well. The cute little supersuit had been
deactivated for now. Now Miko was interested in catching some more
pokemon.
Now if I can catch it, let’s sweet talk it. Carter thought
to himself, bending down to the small Steel type. “Have you ever
wanted to become an Aggron? A fearless fighter which none can beat?
A tough Pokémon to conquer a region and save the world?” He put on
a warm expression, holding a Pokeball out to it. “Now’s your
chance. Let me help you.” His wide smile spread across his face.
Brook stepped out of the lab, shooting a look at the Pawniard by
her side. "Well, what do you want now oh great one?" She
asked sarcastically, and the Pawniard halfheartedly gave her an
irritated slash, adding another small cut to the steadily growing
collection on her legs. Brook rolled her eyes but followed Pawniard
at a safe distance.
Aria used her pokedex to scan Myra through the pokeball. Myra
has a Quiet nature. (+Sp. Atk, -Speed) Myra’s current moveset is
Surf, Mirror Coat, Attract and Rain Dance. The pokedex told
Aria. She was stunned at the well-thought moveset, especially with
Mirror Coat, an egg move. Myra was probably released by a
competitive trainer. Aria decided.

“Your name will be... Soldier. Welcome to the team, Soldier.” Poet
began bouncing around cheerfully, happy to have another friend on
the party. He immediately let Soldier out of the Pokeball, watching
him roll out with an inspired expression. Poet and Soldier watched
eachother curiously, waving their arms at eachother. Soldier
whipped around and rubbed his head against Carter’s boot, making
Carter rub his new friend’s head with care.
“Poet? Soldier? Who are you calling ‘King’?” Aria couldn’t help but
ask Carter as she went up to him. Cherish was bouncing on her
shoulder in excitement. Aria had heard the song “Soldier, Poet,
King” before. He will tear your city down, o lay o lie o

He turned his head towards the new voice, the rest of his Pokémon
following his gaze. He simply laughed in response, his bright blue
gaze resting on Aria embarrassedly. “Who might you be? And your
partner there?”
“I’m Aria, this is Cherish, and I have a Feebas with me called
Myra.” Aria replied. This guy probably didn’t hear when she
introduced herself earlier. She smiled at him. “At least you have a
name scheme. I’m just using whatever comes to mind.” She wasn’t
very creative and was reasonably surprised that she thought of
normal human names for her pokemon.

Miko wandered off a bit to explore. She wondered who her second
pokemon should be. She was incredibly picky when it came to
pokemon. There were some pokemon she just didn't like. Maybe she
was biased, but she wanted her second pokemon to be something other
than fire. Something that might give her some coverage. Hmm, maybe
dark? She always wanted to have a dark type pokemon.
Amber's ears twitched, and Miko saw the little mouse pokemon. "It's
eating." Miko scratched Amber's chin. "We'll leave it alone."
Morpeko wasn't really her type. She preferred something with more
than one stage. She also didn't like mouse pokemon (Biased towards
their predators). She simply continued her little stroll
hidden behind a bush, what looked like a snivy was ready to battle
but it was secretly a zorua and it leaped out of the bush in front
of Miko, it was ready to battle!
Amber would be super effective against a snivy! "Go Amber!" This
one was clearly here to fight anyway, and now she knew two of her
vulpix's moves. "Use ember!" The vulpix did so, leaping off Miko's
head and unleashing a wave of flame at the supposed grass type
Aria spotted Miko leaving the Morpeko and went up to the little
dude. “Hi there. Were you hoping to be trained?” She asked. The
Morpeko nodded. “What if I caught you instead? Would you be okay
with it?” Aria held out a pokeball tentatively.

Miko instantly grew suspicious. Fire was super effective against
grass...and evolution didn't work that way...hmm. She decided to
try something else. "Alright, use shadow ball!" Amber obeyed,
hitting the 'servine' straight in the chest.
Aria smiled. “Do you want me to catch you first? If you don’t want
to stay in it, you can stay out. This is just to prevent someone
else from catching you.” Cherish gave an encouraging bark too.

Brook sighed as she looked at the Pawniard. "Well if we're doing
this I might need a pokemon that isn't going to try and kill me
every 5 seconds." She deadpanned, staring at the angry pokemon.
"Maybe a Sneasel would make a good addition to the team. How long
would I have to walk to find one though?" She sighed, leaning
against a tree.
