Luke goes to the hill and places a candle under someone’s grave. They probably had a family that also died for the village, or that were missing him because they lived and he didn’t. He felt sad for everyone.

*Sage was peacefully asleep in her hut. She then heard something and reacted. She saw Talla at the door of her hut, sword drawn.* Talla?! No, your dead! How can this be?! *Talla smirked* Oh Sage, I can never die. I am, and forever will be, alive *Sage saw the village in flames. Cloaks ran through the streets, chasing after villagers. Sage looked down and saw Tani dead on the ground, with 6 arrows sticking out of her back. She saw Gwen fighting a Cloak and then get stabbed and then decapitated by a some Cloaks. She turned and saw Maddy's head on a pike. She stumbled backwards and the Cloaks began walking towards her.* No... No... NO!!!!

*Sage woke up inside her hut. She looked around and saw some of the villagers that she let into her hut asleep and undisturbed. She slowly got up from the ground and went outside quietly. Looking around, she saw that the village was still "in piece". She even saw there were some people who stayed outside to sleep, mainly the people from the rich kingdom. She heard someone walking up to her from behind. She turned in a stir and saw Gwen. Gwen looked exhausted, and Sage frowned* Gwen, did you get any sleep last night? *Gwen shook her head* No, I just can't shake the feeling that there are Cloaks out there watching our every move, waiting to strike. *Sage put her hand on Gwen's shoulder* Relax, Gwen, they are in shambles. Their leader is dead. But,*Sage took her hand off of Gwen's shoulder and looked towards the destroyed part of the wall* I do see your point. We must begin rebuilding. *Sage looked towards Gwen* Find Tani. We must begin plans. *Gwen nodded and went towards Tani's tent.*

Blossom was sleeping in her tent. She had a dream where she was following a little girl somewhere. But as to where, it was uncertaion.

*Gwen went to Tani's tent and looked inside. She shook Tani alittle* Tani, get up. Sage needs you. *Tani got up and looked at Gwen. She looked tired as well as looking confused* Hmm? *Gwen looked annoyed* Tani, get the hell up. Sage want to talk to you about rebuilding. *Tani slowly got up and stretched. She walked out of the tent and followed Gwen* Gwen, did you get any sleep last night *Gwen shook her head* I dont sleep in places that have very little protection. *Tani replied snarkily* Oh really it's fun, you should try it some time *Gwen flipped Tani off and the two finally reached Sage.*

Luke is still sleeping, but he is having a dream. The dream was about when the war never happened, and everyone was equal. His parents were alive and he had a nice home and everyone he knew was alive. He woke up, thinking that it was real, but he was back in the tent again.

Luke can’t seem to fall back to sleep. He decides that he is going to stretch a bit, since he hasn’t moved in a while. He gets up to take a walk around the tent and maybe try to stretch his hips since they got hurt.

*Deep into the forest, the last of the Cloaks sat. Thanks to Mallory's arrow, most of them had died off on their way back north. The leader of them stopped the group, knowing that whatever was causing this would kill them long before they reached Talla's father. So there they sat down on rocks and rested on the ground, slowly and painfully dieing. The leader of the Cloaks took out a piece of parchment and began to write a letter.*

My lord, I regret to inform you that your eldest daughter perished on the field of battle *The Cloak coughed into his hand and saw blood. He looked around and saw that he was the last one alive* What remained of her regiment has been struck by a mysterious flu that has killed all but me. If you are reading this, we are all long dead. *The Cloak looked over to Talla's body bag and then looked back at the letter* For the good of the Creed, do not come looking for us until the forests are in bloom and the sun *The Cloaklet out a series of loud cough and his mouth began to foam. He struggled to breath until finally, he stopped. He held the parchment in his hand as the life flowed out of his body.*

Blossom stired a bit more, she could feel herself waking up but she didn't want to wake yet. The girl looked at Blossom and said something but Blossom couldn't make out the words. Tani was staning over her, she had gently shook her shoulder to wake her. Blossom sat up and rubbed her eyes. "Mm? Tani?"

*The three women continued to discuss plans about the village. Gwen looked at Tani and Safe.* So we are all in agreement? *Sage and Tani nodded. Dylan turned the corner and walked towards the three.* Gwenny? *Gwen cringed at the sound of her nickname. Tani chuckled* Gwenny? *Gwen stuck her tongue at Tani. Sage looked at Gwen.* Try to get volunteers Gwen. We will announce the rest of our plans later. *Tani and Sage stood up and walked away. Tani leaned alittle closer to Sage* I think I know what really kept her up last night. *Sage began to laugh*

*Gwen stood up and walked over to Dylan* Hey Dylan. Umm, can we talk? *Dylan smiled and nodded* Ya. *Gwen walked next to Dylan. Dylan seemed overjoyed to be with Gwen* So Gwen, last night was... amazing *Gwen chuckled alittle* Ya, it was but that's not what I wanted to talk to you about.

Luke is out of the tent, still unable to sleep. He is out walking around the ruins of the burnt buildings/tents. His little cabin burnt down, but it could be rebuilt. He goes onto one of the many hills and lays down, hoping to get some sleep there.

*Dylan stopped and looked at Gwen inqusatively.* Then, what was it? *Gwen sighed* Dylan, you're a nice guy. Your very strong and thoughtful and good with a sword but- *Gwen paused for a moment and took a deep breath in and exhaled heavily. She looked him right in the eyes.* We dont know how many Cloaks are still out there. And with Maddy disappearing into the forest, we have no leader. But- *Dylan put his finger over Gwen's mouth and whispered a "shh" towards her.* I understand, Gwen. You want me and some others to go out and hunt down the last of the Cloaks along with trying to find Maddy. *Gwen sighed and nodded.* Yes. *Dylan sadly smiled and nodded his head, understanding what he must do.* I'll find some volunteers. We'll leave by noon. *Dylan walked forward with his head down. Gwen reached her hand out to stop him but she was to late. She fell to her knees and began to cry.*

Shadow roamed the forest casually, unaware that Maddy had entered some time before. With only 4 kitsune left, he was hesitant to trust anyone. After the experience some years ago, his trust in humans almost fell extinct. He even started to not trust the animals living in the forest with him, removing his title as the Protector of the Forest. He grew distant from everyone and went to live in the deepest part of the forest where it was rare to have visitors. He stayed in his original form most of the time, making those who find him easily mistake him for a normal fox.

Luke falls asleep on the hill, not remembering the dream he had, occasionally twitching in his sleep. He dreams the same dream as last time, only he dreams of losing them again. He yells quietly in his sleep.
