Admin pulled out his spear and threw it at a nearby worm, then sliced it open with his sword and pulled out his spear.

Maeve allows Athena to lead her deeper in the woods towards the star. Now that she is back to having full energy, she can keep up with the girl pretty easily. She hopes that Athena knows where she is going. She tenses up when she hears fighting

Lilith had followed her brother to the fight. As much as she dislikes her brother she doesn't want him to endanger himself. She sticks close to him, watching the fight carefully. She throws some ice at the worms to hold them in place for Admin to finish killing them

Lance ignores her sister. He'll have to confront her again at some point, but he'll burn that bridge when he gets there. He glances down at his watch, trying to find the Star. He can use his shield to protect the star. With that thought in mind he takes off running again towards the star

Fredrick continued to keep the fire wall up and followed Kendo as she pulled him along, keeping up without much of a problem.

''the only thing i can think of is a smash and grab, but even then that's too risky for either of us'' Travis said, trying to wrack his brain for an idea on what they could do to get the star.
but the moment he saw movement out of the corner of his eye from Lance, his head turned and he seen him going to go protect the star.
looks like it's a risk i'll have to make he thought, now running to try and beat Lance to the star.

Athena stopped once her and Maeve made it to where the others were, standing by Finn as she stared in horror at the worms wriggling around where Suzan was at.

“Ah ah ah...” Albin said, noticing Travis’s move to try and beat Lance to the Star. “You’re not going anywhere.” He summoned a portal in front of Travis with quite a strong pull, making it almost impossible to not go in the portal. The portal lead to above the swarm of worms. He knew Travis could act pretty quickly, so this was to just keep Travis from catching up. He didn’t intend on him actually falling on the worms.

Avery turned some more worms to dust, then made a sword out of the dust. She made the hilt out of a small swarm of dust, just in case it still had the rotting capability.

Suddenly Lance rises in the air by a seemingly unknown force. One would think that he was flying, expect he was still running on seemingly solid ground. Lance was using his shield to rise into the air, he can move faster now that he doesn't have to avoid tree branches. All he has to do is get close to the star, if he can see it he can protect it. He's so close he can taste it.

Lilith catches Travis racing after Lance. Fury spikes deep inside of her. If anyone is going to potentially harm Lance it's gonna be her! And she'll die before it's Travis of all people. She races after Travis, she isn't as fast as he is but she can move fast enough to keep up. The kiss was still fresh in her mind like a poison. She clenches her fists, wanting nothing more than to finally get her revenge for that mockery. Her pursuit is stopped when he suddenly disappears. She looks around and smiles when she sees him fall on top of the worms
....
"What the Hell are those!?" Maeve shouts. She doesn't wait for answer. She dives into battle with the others, using her electricity to shock the worms.

Admin glances at Lance, Lillith and Travis. "You guys hold them off. I'll go help some friends." Admin uses hi electricity as a speed boost and catches up to the three.

“Avery! They’ll need you at the star! Follow me!” He shouted over the sound of the battle. He didn’t wait for Avery to make a decision before grabbing her arm and ran towards the star.

Travis let out a surprised yelp when he was pulled into the portal, quickly making a cut in his other palm before he made stilts to stay above the worms, sighing with relief before looking at where Lance was, using his blood marionette to knock him off course from where the star was at.
he wasn't aware of Lilith quickly gaining ground behind him, which gave her a good opening to attack.

Athena paced a little bit as she watched the fighting, a slight whimper leavig her since she didn't know how to help, her power wasn't helpful at all against the worms since she seen how they reacted to the surrounding earth.
''i'd be dead in seconds.... i just gotta stay back...'' she mumbled to herself, talking inwardly with Freya to try and come up with a plan.

Madeix and Avery ran towards the star, catching up to Lilith. Avery made a small dust wall to keep Lance from falling as she ran. Hopefully Suzan and Travis wouldn’t be able to get the star...

Albin stepped backwards into his own portal, ending up right behind Suzan. He raised his sword to attack, perfectly mapping out a way to Travis in case Suzan managed to stop him.

The worms that are attacked just regenerate, and continue to chase the power they want.

Suzan didn’t move, one of the mouths on Suzan’s back screamed, “STAY BACK”!”. The sentence slammed Albin back into the portal. “My, what an annoying power that is. Maybe I should get rid of you first.” He said while twitching. His back started to bleed as a pair of black wings came out. He flew up into the air as more portals opened. Dumping the worms. The only way they could be stopped, is if they’re all teleported away somehow. Which he didn’t believe Albin had the power to do.

Kendo managed to find a boulder, and stood on top of it. Blasting water at the worms.

Lilith summons a smaller replica of her ice sword. It was just large enough to hurt, a lot. But depending on where it hit it wouldn't do lifelong damage. Now close enough to attack she throws the ice sword with all her might.

Lance almost fell off of his shield. If it weren't for him reacting fast enough he would've fell off. If it weren't for Avery. He glances at Travis with a glare. But his eyes widen to see Lilith attacking him. He fights back a knowing smile before he rushes off again. Lowering the shield back to the ground so he is running on the ground again.

He willed the other end of the portal to appear right below Travis, allowing him to attack almost unnoticed. He didn’t react to what Suzan said or did, as that might cost him. He was right, he wouldn’t be able to teleport them all away, only about 1/4 at a time. That wouldn’t be enough though... While he was attacking Travis, he summoned a portal above Suzan, making a small car come out of it. This tired him a bit, but he was used to being tired so it didn’t matter.

Travis found the look Lance gave a bit confusing before he turned, noticing Admin and forced him away with his ability before he could strike, but the moment he finished doing that he let out a shout of pain, stumbling on the stilts a bit before looking down at the small ice sword sticking out of his side.
he looked at Lilith, his dual colored eyes suddenly filled with a murderous hatred.
''oh your going to regret that!'' he snarled, soon lunging forward with the stilts to attack Lilith.

Fredrick had climbed up with Kendo but was a bit lower, launching blue fire at the worms that tried to attack him and Kendo.

Athena decided to let Freya take back over, her pale mber eyes shifting to Freya's icy blue, and a flash of light engulfed her before she started pacing in her canine form, continuing to watch the fighting to see if she could try and help in some way.

Albin was now right behind Travis, due to him lunging forward. Perfect... He swung his sword right at his back, knowing that a stab would be more effective.

Avery and Madrix were now really close to the star, almost able to clearly see it.
