“Whateva kid” he mumbled before walking towards the danger with his
hands in his pockets. He was always considered lazy and annoying,
but he didn’t care. He just never wanted to show others his full
potential. Being lazy just made him seem normal, but never the
strongest or the craziest. “Welp, have fun. I’ll just watch from
the bleachers, cheerin for my favorite team.” He chuckled before
stopping.
Madrix needed to help somehow, but how? They were immune to
his manipulation for the most part, and he was severely injured a
few moments ago. He couldn’t even fight with his dagger!
Galahad kept using the shortsword's pommel to hit the shield to
break the shield,at an angle that would be more difficult for
Travis and Suzan to spot him. As he got more desperate he kept
hitting faster and faster.
Madrix decided to help Avery first, as she could do some serious
damage to them. “Avery! Please, just let me help you!” He added a
bit of power into the words, since he knew that Avery wouldn’t
listen anyways. He just hoped it would work, since he had never
tried to do anything like this before.
Avery turned around, almost against her will. Honestly, she
did want help, but she knew that Suzan and Travis was the
thing they needed to take care of first. She walked up to Madrix
and sighed. “Why? I-I appreciate it but why...?” She asked.
“Because you’re a human too.” He began to unwrap the bandages
around her arms. “And I have to repay you somehow, don’t I?” He
said as he watched dust fall from the bandages. “So that’s the
drawback... Huh...” he muttered before looking at Avery. “I’m gonna
help you wether you like it or not.” He said, determined. He
chuckled when he said that, realizing how much he sounded like
Lilith.
“Fine...” Avery said as she looked at Madrix. She didn’t even know
what to say to that.
(Admin again, Please give people a chance to dodge. And try not to
one line.)
A portal opened behind Suzan, the strange worm like beings from
before started to pour out. Rapidly. Anything they touched would
rot, they suck the life and power out of living beings. They headed
towards the hunters and the group of people defending the star.
Suzan had dodged the arrows that Admin shot.
Kendo noticed the creatures, and rushed out. “Fredrick! Get back!”
She yelled.
Finn kept holding onto Travis, until the creatures appeared. He let
go and jumped out of the way, right before they almost swallowed
him. “Comrades, dodge them!” He yelled.
“Heal!” He said, pouring every ounce of power he had into the
words. He knew that if he actually could, it would take much more
to manipulate the spirit than the mind, as minds were much more
delicate and easier to control. The dust slowly started to gather
and stack upon Avery’s shoulder. He didn’t even notice the trouble
he was in, due to how concentrated he was.
Albin noticed the worm-like creatures. His eyes grew wide as he
straightened up and looked at everyone. He anonymously made a
portal in front of them, sending some of them away.
Travis jumped away once Finn released his arm and stood next to
Suzan, wiping the blood off his lips from where he had sunk his
fangs into his wrist.
''took you long enough to summon those little critters'' he said,
keeping his gaze on Finn.
Fredrick looked over at Kendo then down at the worms, his eyes
widening before he rushed over to where she was, spinning around
and a small blue fire barrier to try and stop the worms.
Adminthrough his spear and used it to pull himself out of the
portal and facing the monsters. (Lol, I'm imagining a bunch of
people just staring up at a worm in a gigantamax format.)
Albin sighed as he summoned a small portal beside him, making a
deadly looking longsword come out. It wasn’t very flashy or special
looking, but something about it made it seem like it would easily
kill you. He slowly walked forward until he was inches away from
the worms. “Wooowww soooo deadlyyy...” he said sarcastically.
Once Avery’s arm was fully healed, he began to breathe heavily.
That took a lot out of him, but at least he was able to help Avery.
“A-are you ok?” He asked as he pulled himself away from Admin.
Avery stared at her arms, now fully back together. “Y-yeah I’m ok I
guess...” she said as she also pulled herself away.
The worms started to multiply, and started to crawl faster. A few
more chased after Travis.
Suzan smiled, “Let’s get the star and get out of here. The big
three can easily kill just the two of us.” He said to Travis. “Have
any ideas?” He asked.
Kendo raced forward and blasted waster, Pushing back the worms. She
pulled Travis as fast as she could.
Galahad gasped and, with the help of Ced's wind boost, managed to
fall a bit back. He got what he believed was a sharp enough branch
and tried to stab one only to be met with disappointment as it rot.
Avery thrust out her hand and a whole bunch of worms turned to
dust. She used the dust from the worms to create a mini sandstorm
around Suzan and Travis, hopefully obscuring their view.
Albin stabbed the sword in the ground, making it momentarily look
like quicksand. The ground sucked up a lot of the worms and some
dust, them turned back to normal.
