Of Men and Monsters

Note: This post is to keep track of things, such as plot and characters.

Plot:

This takes place after House for Peculiar People and before A New Life.
It is 2029, 10 years since the War of Monsters began. Monsters have had to put behind their differences and band together to fight the Hunter Armies. Even though they have fought and died together, bitter rivalries still poison the Monster's Coalition. Just because you are united, doesn't mean you are together....

Lunarith was sleeping peacefully in bed, her ebony horns sticking up from under the blankets. She was the last demon alive, and as such, things made her paranoid.

Do we move in? *Maddy nodded her head* Pairs of two, move quickly. Go *Her squad quickly moved down into the city of Boulder. It was deserted and has been since monsters turned it into one of their last bases.*

*Maddy looked around and sniffed the air. She made a hand motion that meant quickly advance. The monster moved quickly. Lucas changed his skin to look like a soldier, just incase. They walked in the streets looking for other monsters*

There was a black blur and a hooded figure smashed into Lucas with the speed of a cheetah at full pelt, growling with anger. The figure wrapped a powerful vice grip on Lucas's throat, somehow managing to slow down his heart rate drastically.

*Lucas changed back into his normal look. Maddy looked back and saw the figure choking Lucas. She tackle the figure and changed into her wolf form.*

The figure threw Maddy of with a vicious snarl, electric blue eyes taut with fury. She regarded them both with distaste, before removing her own hood. It was a girl, clearly glamoured by fairy, but she wasn't human. Her skin was fair, which drew attention to her startlingly electric blue eyes.

In case you didn't realize this but we are sitting ducks out in the open and the enemy ha drones flying around looking for us. So unless you want to die a painful death, shut up and calm down. *Kathy let Maddy go. Maddy looked at Lucas. He was gripping his throat. Maddy turned back to the girl and looked at her* Next time you hurt him, you will deal with me *Maddy looked at her me* Get him inside *She turned and followed her men*
