For these Halloween events:

Don't mind some minor detail imperfection like the end date of last year's Halloween event I forgot about, and well maybe some lack of creativity here. I just put the same description as what the past Halloween events had.

The point is that they should have them if there's past Halloween events that got them too.

There's also this suggestion for Zeraora's Wondercard.

I don't know if I'm missing any other events, can't think of any others off the top of my head, but yeah.
