Age: 14, but acts 23! (Or can she actually be 23? It's OK if she can't, I just like acting my age, and I forget how to be 14 lol!)

Shiny?: Yes, completely
Appearance/Description: An Umbreon that is gold and white with functional Latias wings on her back-white up to her wings that are gold- the top half of her head starting at her cheeks is gold, and instead of rings she has a Latias triangle in light blue on her chest.
(Maybe two light blue rings on the ears where they normally are?)
(she has all four legs/paws)
Blue eyes, pink glasses, and a light blue bandanna covering gills on her neck.
(Or should it be a scarf-a bandanna might block the Latias triangle...)
She can also levitate and fly.
No reading minds though, she wouldn't want someone to do that to her....
Personality: Protective of friends, tries to see the good in everyone but doesn't like bad guys/bullies, can also be shy around authority figures.
She's also stubborn, and prone to outbursts.
Ironically afraid of heights, loves swimming in the ocean under the waves
(Her mother was a Vaporeon, so she can breathe under the water!)
She's weak to Electricity, and is petrified of thunderstorms, certain bugs, being center of attention, and loud noises.
Snakes make her uncomfortable-but she's surprisingly fine with the Snivy line.
She has a booming yet feminine laugh, she only really laughs that loud when comfy.

Apearance/Description: Her flames on her mane and tail are the same but has a bit of quilava's flames on it and she also has green eyes and wears glasses and doesnt like wearing clothes and she has the same color skin of quilava
Personality: Shes kind and sweet to other students but normally doesnt make friends though she intends to try and make some but she always thinks that people dont like her since shes always likes to read books since it's her favorite thing to do and normally she always looks for adventure and always likes to insist others when needed

Because she is a hybrid she has a lot of features from both Pokemon
(Ima have a hard time explaining :'D)
Her wings strongly resemble yveltals more then lunalas but she does have the same gold parts (I think it's gold) on lunala's wings but they are on the end parts of her wings she also has lunala's chest markings they mix with the markings on yveltal her eyes are a mix of both of the pokemons eyes (redish blue mix)
(I'll just end up drawing this fusion) she also wears a black scarf along with some bandages on her left wing
Personality:
She likes keeping to herself she is quiet shy and quiet and has extreme focus she never gives up on anything and is always friendly to the people she knows she loves the outdoors and love to fly around and adventure she loves to train and battle but she rarely ever does she is cold to some people in some cases she doesn't like people who judge and she doesn't really social much although she does listen when someone speaks
She loves the sounds of the ocean and is almost always found there watching the waves she loves the night sky and she can be found wondering through the night she rarely ever sleeps but that's fine to her she doesn't get distracted that easily and she will not back down when it comes to a fight
