During his time in solitude, Maddox had crafted a new weapon. This time, it was a spear with a sharp, stone point crafted carefully on the edge, able to pierce wood without a small amount of force. He felt satisfied with this and went back to sleep, waiting for his name to be called.

Nova finished showering and was currently preparing. She somewhat knew what Maddox could do. He could make many clones and seemingly not waste tons of energy doing so. The only question was how long could he last using clones? Could she outlast him? Maybe, maybe not. She hated the thought of getting him intoxicated with her radiation, but what if that was the only thing that would slow him down?

Nova shook her head to clear the thought and slipped her dagger in a pocket on her thigh. She had no idea if she would need it, but if she did, she had it.

Garoka walked outside in order to get some fresh air. He took a deep breath and looked around. It was a bit warm today, so he took off his jacket and tied it around his waist. As he walked around, his eyes caught a glimpse of Nina running. "Hey!" he yelled as he jogged over to her.

Eidolon watched in curiosity of what the cuddling with the child was doing. They were alone for most of their life and never really had anybody to cuddle as a kid so they hadn't had a clue what was going on. They felt their face getting warmer and straightened up.

Coming out of the medical bay was Zuki, who was bruised and battered, but had a smile on her face. She walked with a slight limp.

Nina hadn't been paying full attention so the shout caught her off guard making her jump. Regardless though she came to a stop as she noticed Garoka jogging to her. "What's up?"

Lucky snuggled into Eidolon more, trying to get comfy as she slept.

Nova had Charlie at her side, she noticed Zuki coming out of the medical bay. "You look like hell." Charlie hadn't been paying attention, so the "swear" slipped by Charlie.

Eidolon really didn't know what to do with this kid. They never had kids, never wanted kids, or never really interacted much with them. He just relaxed and used tips from his spirits.

Nova put her daughter in the area for the Naki's so she knew where Charlie was, kissed her forehead then went down to the arena. She waited by the door, mentally preparing herself for what was ahead.

Lucky woke up with a start, the crowd waking her up. She looked around with wild eyes. Where was her mother?

Maddox made his way to the arena, spear at his side. His belt with cards inside were missing, left on the ground of his room. He felt empty, alone. Even the cards seemed against him, making him shudder with dread. If his opponent killed him, so be it.

Eidolon had a weird feeling, pride? Maybe they were sick? But grandar watched alongside them, this small child, made them happy. But why? Grandar sunk back into Eidolon's body, slowly waiting to be strong enough to take over.

Maya rushed into the stands by Lucky and Eidolon, kind of wheezing from the sprinting. She was dressed in a dark brown tunic with small opalline crystals carefully sewn into the neckpeice, along with a long black skirt that reached her ankles. Her hair was pulled back, a white lily tucked into the band keeping her curls at bay.
