"It's abandoned, who knows." Cameron says, walking into the dark room. *He sees a dark figure slumped on top of something, and walks over. "What's this?" He asks, though no one has an answer.

(*I assume this is the doll. However, I don't know what happens in the end, so maybe it's gone now. Forget about this part of so.)

Kino laughs, "That makes me think of something I had heard on a show, 'Nobody thinks to lock the door behind the closed door.', and do any of you have a flashlight or something?" He looks around at the others, "Or a phone?"

As Kino asks around for a phone, a sudden ringing was heard in the room. Riley shook a little, squeaking like a mouse in shock. She looked at the others. "I... I'm not hearing things, am I?"

(@Steel We can assume that's just an illusion to the ghost. Huehue~)

Motoko jumps when she sees Kuro. It takes everything in her not to bolt back out the door, "Wow, another baby. But somehow this one beat the rest of you." She scoffs and turns her head away to hide her embarrassment.

Kino shakes his head and stares down Kuro as he answers Riley, "No I heard it too, but who's this clown. Our mercy murderer?"

"Pretty sure our 'mercy murderer' wouldn't reveal their name, unless they just have an ego," Riley joked. The source of the ringing was still active. Riley was just relieved she wasn't going insane.

Kino frowns, “I’m sorry for not trusting the guy hiding in the abandoned mansion on the edge of town. Especially after we all got these letters.” He crosses his arms and gets into a defensive stance.

Starting to get bored of this Motoko starts to explore what’s around them, she notices odd shadows in every corner, her mark feels cold and makes her anxious, “Why would we come to this place out of all the places though? There’s better places to meet up than this.” She’s talking to herself quietly to calm down.

"Maybe... The sender didn't want to cause a public panic?" Riley theorized. She stammered a little before completing her train of thought, "I mean, we're here with the marks, and we're also questioning the authenticity of this whole ordeal. Who knows... Maybe it's a weird exorcist trying to scam us."
The silence between her sentences were filled by the lone sound of the ringing. It was now stopping on occasion then suddenly sounding its presence. Almost like it wants to be answered.

Motoko spots a phone and slowly heads towards it, "Uh, why would anyone be calling here? To make fun of all of you scardey cats? What a joke." She picks it up, "Whada want?"

Kino sighs at her rude behavior, "Before she started to lose her memories she was actually really sweet. She was the nicest customer actually, she has a really nice smile too." He blushes slightly, "Before I got my mark and all this started I was going to ask her out, now I'm not so sure."

The voice on the phone was distorted and had static. The speech had been broken up, barely understandable. "Oh, so the.. .re p.ople he..?"
They sounded pleased, "Well, I'm gl.. to see th.r. a.e some ..op.e ou. there who w.re int..e.ted in visit..g. I t..ught I'd h.ve to toss fliers everywhere!" Eventually, their voice no longer had static, but it maintained its distorted tone.

Riley was conversing with Kino, whispering, "Seriously? I'm surprised. She doesn't seem like she would be sweet." She noticed Motoko holding an old phone up to her ear and casually answer it. She eyed her, watching in confusion.

Kino laughs, “No I see what you see. Really she’s sweet, she’s just afraid. And I want her to forget all this and remember her past again. Especially the part were I called her a brat.” He takes his glasses off and rubs his eyes, “I never thought things could get this bad with her though.”

The voice stayed quiet then spoke up, "Well. I would show my face, but... Pretty sure you'd think I'm untrustworthy regardless, hahah!" They were laughing now. It's hard to tell if they are joking or taking things seriously now. They calmed down, finally getting to the main subject.
"Ah, don't be upset with me. This is no prank. I'm actually here to aid you with that 'Death Mark' issue. Clearly that's why you're all here, right?"

Riley sighed, "Well, I've been forgetting more things lately. My own birthdate, my home address, the faces and names of some of my friends..." She stopped grovelling, clearing her throat and trying to be optimistic, "Look, if this sender is a nice person, let's just hope they can get us out of this mess. There's no use moping around if we don't get to the bottom of things." Riley smiled a little, but kept her eye on Mokoto and the phone. She seemed unnerved.

The color drains from Motoko’s face and she almost drops the phone, “Not you too! Is anyone in this town not a silly rumor believer? Ghosts and monsters don’t exists, and this so called Death Mark is nothing.” She crosses her arms and hands the phone off to the closest person, “Here, you both speak the same crazy language.”

Cameron grabs the phone. "Yes, hello? Please ignore every last comment the person you where last speaking to you said. You are currently calling Kujou mansion, and speaking to bearers of the Death Mark." Cameron explains.

"Yes. I know where I'm calling," the voice answered, "Well, I have a problem as well and... I believe this could be beneficial for the both of us, Mark Bearers and all. Therefore, I propose a deal."

Riley watched Motoko abandon the phone and walk towards her, "Hey. Who are you speaking too?"

"Perfect. There is a way to rid of your Marks, actually," the voice stated in a calming manner. "If you can find the spirits that cursed you, get them to rest peacefully, there is a very likely chance you won't be on Death's door anymore. I want these spirits gone and... Well, I can't fight them off. I'm not a specialist in exorcism, unlike the mansion's Heir and late Heiress. You, however, I believe your group will do fine. It's your choice. You don't have to accept, but I'll wait for your decision."

The other mark bearers with letters, I mean." Cameron explains to the odd voice on phone. "Speaking of... Where are you? Who are you for that matter? I feel it is odd that you know so much about the mark..." Cameron trails off, thinking about the voice.
