"All you'll need to know is that I'm called Shoyo, and I am well acquainted with the current Heir," the voice stated. It appeared odd, but trustworthy.
"Now, it is night. I presume you're all tired, feel free to sleep in the rooms available upstairs. I'll call back in the morning to hear your choice," the call ended with a beep. The voice, Shoyo as they wanted to be called, had hung up.

Cameron had more questions, like where the current heir is. Oh well. "It seems there is a way to get rid of the mark."Cameron starts. "We can simply-" Cameron starts, but is interrupted by the door to the mansion bursting open. "What is this place!? Why was I sent here, and whats with the weird mark?" A girl holding a rather small knife says.

(Not lying I actually forgot about her .-.)

Motoko jumps at the sudden enterance. She was halfway up the stairs to investigate and now was clinging on to the banister for support, “A-another one? Seriously? How many of you babies are there?”

Stepping out of her way Kino looks at the newcomer, “This is great but why do you have a knife? Did you hurt yourself?”

Riley stood still, "I mean... It's dark, I wouldn't blame her for wanting to bring some form of self defense." Riley looked around then rubbed the back of her head, "This place is pretty secluded, if you think about it."

Kiri held the knife out in front of her. "Who- Who are you people! Are you the ones that sent the letter? Do you know about the mark on my wrist?" She asks them.

"You can calm down, no we weren't the ones sending the letters," Riley responded out of shock. She wasn't expecting Kiri to raise a knife in an aggressive manner. Riley quickly went for the letter on her and lifted the envelope up, "Pretty much all of us received one."

(Sorry, had some real life stuff to deal with)

Kiri calms down a bit. "Can you all tell me what is happening at least? It seems like you all just got here, what's happened so far?" She asks, in a calmer tone.

"Well... That's what I'm also wondering, actually," Riley answered, crossing her arms as she thought aloud. She began explaining some of what has occurred, "...There was someone on that phone near the back of the room--" She paused then turned to Cameron in an abrupt manner. Her hair whipped to the side as her mind quickly switched subjects.
"Wait, wait! I heard you say something about 'getting rid of the mark'...?"

"Yes... We must simply find the vengeful spirit that caused this, and find a way to rid them. Or so is what I have been told..." Cameron explains, still holding the phone.

Riley gave a questioning look. She stayed quiet before giving her rebuttal, "I don't know... It sounds simple enough, but I doubt I know anything about spirits and so on." She shook her head with uncertainty. Riley walked over to the phone and Cameron, "Is there a way to call them back?"
It was an old, black phone, almost like something you'd see from the 1980s. There was a circular pad with several holes dotted on them as indentations. Riley's expression went blank upon seeing the phone's actual appearance, "...This thing is ancient! Sure, it's clean, but... No one really uses these anymore. I'm certain." She would begin turning the dial pad, determined to contact the caller, and with no avail.

Motoko is standing at the top of the staircase, “Standing down there isn’t going to help anyone!” She turns and heads down a hallway, annoyed.

Kino groans and runs after her, “Well she has a point. Any advice from our mystery caller?” He drags Motoko back to the group and looks at them confused. He hugs the annoyed girl from behind and puts his chin on the top of her head.
