Time of day: Sunrise

Season: Newleaf

The clans are just waking up to a new day. Sunlight gleams on the clans, illuminating their hunting grounds. The lands are soon filled with the scent of prey coming out after a long winter.

lavenderbat was already up and looking for herbes for the wounded. She found some Moss which is good for stopping the blood.

Lillydew was down by the creek and was getting some Creek Water. The creek water was rich in vitamins and often helped the wounded get stronger.

Blossomheart awoke with a trill, taking a step outside the den for a breath of fresh air.

"Please, StarClan, make the skies clear and beautiful like this all day..." She looks to the sky, watching a few birds glide their way through the crisp air. Crows, by the looks of them. She could never stomach birds.

Hailpaw stretched, her sleek white fur rippling as she went outside to look for her mentor Darkclaw

Troutstar walked out of his den and called to his medicine cat, "Good morning Lilydew."

After a few moments of letting the wind blow through her fur, Blossomheart notices the lack of Lavenderbat.

"I better make the den tidy for her. She might be bringing back more herbs, and it wouldn't do to leave them all strewn about."

She takes one last gulp of air and turns back around to organize the herbs for her mentor. Well, not mentor so much as denmate. They both had equal experience with healing, mostly due to where Blossomheart was raised.

"Oh, silly Blossomheart. You shouldn't be thinking about LeafClan now. Not after ForestClan took you in so kindly. They already had Lavenderbat, after all." she thought to herself as she threw out a particularly rotten herb.

Forest-
Silvermoon stirred as she slowly listed her head. She let out a small yawn as she opened her eyes and streched her legs. She heard a grumble and realized she was sticking her paws onto Lionfang's side. "Oops. Sorry" she said as she brought them back in and stood up. Lionfang sighed. "You do it every morning weather you realize it or not" the fluffy orange tom said as he stood up and followed his littermate out of the den.

Jaypaw was playing with a leaf she found and pounced after it. She was happy to play and wondering if she would be training or hunting that day.

Frost-
Darkclaw let out a small hiss as he walked out of the camp to make sure everything was in place. He did this each morning, wanting to be sure that there was no chance of an attack.

Lake-
Iceeyes was still sound asleep with her tail covering her face. She was in a tight white ball as she breathed deeply.

Mire-
Ravenwing sat still, watching the clan, wondering who she should send out hunting and who should check the borders.

“Good morning troutstar” said a shaky shrill voice “nice morning isn’t?” Said lilydew she gets back to collecting water

Lavenderbat slowly makes her way back to the den with lots of moss and buttercups l. She sees the den being cleaned “oh thank you so much for cleaning I’m quite messy and forgetful!” She said a bit cheerfully. “How has your morning been?”

"Just lovely, thank you! I was just finishing up." Blossomheart goes to a small stream in the back of the den to wash her paws. "How has yours been?"

Forest-
Silvermoon chuckled. "Well feel free to bat me with your paws if I do it again" she said with a small smile as she grabbed a quick mouse for them to share. "I will keep that in mind" Lionfang replied.

Jaypaw flicked her ears and looked around a moment for Burnstar.

Frost-
Darkclaw glanced at Hailpaw. "Wont be a good morning if something attacks" the camp he grumbled as he finished checking the camp boundaries. "Ready to train" he asked.

LakeClan:
Dewy ferns rustling, Foxpaw stretched out her hind-legs, her svelte body quivering as she awakened her tired limbs, disturbing the verdure nearby. Her soft pelt was warmed by the sunlight filtering into the mostly vacant apprentice's den, which she now wearily observed with a tired amber gaze. Had her litter-mates survived childbirth, they would have most likely been here, sharing the joys and triumphs of apprenticeship that she now faced alone. Albeit it didn't bother her too much- or at all, really- Foxpaw liked having her own space.

After another good stretch, the roan apprentice ventured out of her den, casting a hungry glance at the fresh-kill pile. She noticed that much of the prey stored from the previous night had diminished, and flicked her eyes up to the sky. The sun stared back, glowering and beaming so brightly that she had to look away. "Late morning," she muttered. She was glad she hadn't been on dawn patrol, or she would've slept in and completely missed it!

Lake Territory
Cloudpaw dragged herself out of the apprentice den, squinting as she forcefully readjusted her eyesight to the incoming sunlight. "It's too early for this...." She grumbled as she walked out, heading towards the medicine cat den before realizing Lilydew had taken leave some time ago.
"Um... Maybe they went outside...?" Cloudpaw turned around, pausing before stepping out. "Maybe it's best if I wait here, I'll get lost." She paused once more, "Again."
The young apprentice looked around camp then noticed Foxpaw at the fresh-kill pile. "HEY!!" The feline mewed, seeming to have forgotten how tired she just was.

Forest Territory
Burntstar had been up for sometime. The tom wandered the camp with his one good eye scanning the area, Everyone seems to be doing well. His face stayed straight, thinking of what had to be done for the day:
Training, patrolling, and hunting. It'd be best to see what Jaypaw thinks about what she should improve in, just focusing on something she already might have a handle on would be useless for her training. As for the patrol... Silvermoon or Lionfang could lead one, although Silvermoon might be more willing.
Burntstar stayed quiet, internally talking to himself about the best methods to keep his clan in order.

Mire Territory
Crowteeth arrived at the fresh-kill pile, grabbing the first prey he saw. With a frog in his mouth, he walked to a secluded area nearby as he began to eat.

Lillydew collected enough water and brought it back to her den

"I'm glad. There were a lot of rotten herbs, so hopefully your search replenished at least one of the types most infected..."

She shook a paw to dry it. "Well, infected isn't the right word. It's rather close, though. Lots of mold..."

Hailpaw nodded standing up straight, "Ready as ever."

Troutstar nodded, "Good as ever. leaf-bare was surely torture. The lakes are full of fish again, what a relief."

Swanstar came out from her den, the sun gleaming on her sleek white pelt.

“I do believe that I got one of every herb but I’m not 100% sure” Lavenderbat said As she started to dry her paws

"Alright. That's very handy." Blossomheart gives her denmate a friendly nuzzle before going to put away the new herbs.

Forest-
Silvermoon and Lionfang finished the mouse before grooming each other, getting thorns out of their pelts.

Frost-
Darkclaw nodded. "We will race to the training hollow. See if you can beat me there. Anyway you can" he said. "Ready, go!" The tom waited for Hailpaw for a moment before he took off.

Frost Territory

Hailpaw dashed after the lean black tom, paws pounding the ground. She spotted several trees and scaled one of them before daintily leaping from branch to branch. She saw Darkclaw below her and continued to leap before thudding down in front of him.

Frost-

Darkclaw dug his claws into the dirt as he pressed himself to move quicker. This was going to be part of the lesson, teaching Hailpaw to move anyway she could, using the territory to her advantage.
