Alternative Names: Unlucky, "Unnatural Comet", "Alternative Jirachi"
Personality
Lazy and snarky. They only wake up when they have to. Karasu has a drastic sweet tooth and stops spreading misfortune upon enjoying a sweet delicacy. Their misfortune escalates if Karasu is experiencing a certain, strong emotion (happiness, anger, joy, etc). Karasu can be sarcastic and finds an easy time with lying and messing with others. They trip over words when they speak fairly often.
Appearance
A pure white Jirachi with the typical golden crown and back ribbons. Its stomach eye is the yellow sclera with a dark blue pupil. The only notable difference between Unlucky and the standard Jirachi are the blue wish tags located upon its head -- Most of them are torn. The back ribbons resemble that of crow wings in shape.
They have a light blue shoulder cape and have the black marking of a crow on the cape's front button. Karasu also has raven feathers on their neck as a decoration and are dyed silver.
Childhood
They were constantly sleeping and cause bad luck whenever they awake. When they travel through the sky as a comet, people would mistake them for being the actual wish-granter. If a wish is given to Unlucky, they'll end up corrupting the wish for the requester in some unfortunate way.

My name is Kagabi, someone who pursues too many hobbies for my own liking. While I do love adoptable sites, I normally just wander around in the forums - messing around and roleplaying with other users. I have too many OCs for many role-plays and have a whole list dedicated to these creations below.
Pokemon Mystery Dungeon is my preferred form of Pokemon gaming and role-playing. I feel it's more freeing compared to the classic "8 Gyms then the Elite Four!"
I set too many expectations for myself, really, can't even complete life-goals. HEH! Ahem. I'm rambling.

Long Hiatus (3 Years).
Looking back at this Journal, myself from 3 years ago was... Um... Weirder than myself now (although, personally, that red part with my Mew/Vocaloid artwork was hilarious - I'm going on a tangent.) Continuing.
It's funny seeing how someone can just change within 3 years, it's like looking back at a time capsule! Heh!
Man, I feel old, yet I'm not even graduating for a while.
I guess the reason why I was gone for such a long time could've just been life. I was distracted with school work and just everything outside of the internet. The internet is still an introvert's best friend (least to me, I'm aware some prefer books or any other media), so I'm not outright kicking this to the side.
From this year onward, I'll try to be on more, just to interact with the community.
Although, I'll need to be mindful of my time online just to avoid getting in trouble with my folk again (especially when I have a sibling to keep an eye on now).
Might as well archive some old posts here just to be more up-to-date.

Personality
Before her evolution, Evelyn was shown to be an aspiring student of her tribe's Masters. She always followed her brother, Polar, around and looked up to him - in fact, she still does. She was often gullible and easily believed anything she was told. Among the students, the Masters and even her fellow peers acknowledged her unique sense of combat and trickery. Evelyn was always social and friendly, even if everyone poked fun at her sometimes dense mindset.
After becoming an Espeon, Kinesis (Evelyn) had shut down with social interactions. Feeling ashamed for how her evolution trial turned out, the young Espeon left soon after evolving. She is touchy about certain subjects, especially about her lack of psychic abilities, and occasionally snaps if it's brought up. Polar is still someone she looks up to, despite trying to keep her distance from most members of her tribe. She takes her job as a mercenary fairly seriously, rarely talking until she achieves her task and receives her reward.
Appearance
A young Espeon with a purple bandanna wrapped around her head and covering her jewel. Her fur is a slightly light shade of pink, while her eyes more of a midnight blue shade.
Childhood
"Evelyn, are you ready for training now?" A familiar voice shouted from outside the den of Evelyn's family.
It was near noon and, as part of her family's tradition, it was time to train. Eevees often had a lot to handle despite their age, primarily due to this life motto of the Eon clan: Young ones shall demonstrate potential, not because of their wits, prowess, or own well-being, but because of their future.
"I'm on my way!" A young Eevee walked out of the dirt den, wearing a white scarf with a grey button on the back. "Morning, Master Glaceon Polar! How do you like my scarf?"
The Glaceon grinned, "Evelyn, despite me being your mentor, remember that I'm your older brother. You don't have to use my title, but remember to show respect regardless."
"Right, sorry Ma- I mean, brother. So, what do you plan for me to do today?" Evelyn's tail wagged as she looked up at her sibling's muzzle.
They turned around looking back at their sister, thinking with a small smirk, "Well, I feel you deserve a little something with how much you've been training this week. You're making a lot of progress! It's possible you might even surpass our older sister in the mountains." Polar began walking forward, their tail gesturing Evelyn to follow behind. "Between you and me, you might become the youngest Eevee to evolve."
"Really!?"
Bluntly, the Glaceon gave a bland look as they spoke. "Nah, I'm kidding, you're not even able to get down from a tree without help," Polar walked away.
Evelyn looked at her sibling, a deathly glare, "YOU ARE SO MEAN! I ONLY GOT STUCK BECAUSE I WAS SCARED BY A BUG!"
"It was a Spinarak."
"BUT IT WAS HORRIFYING! TRAUMATIZING ME!" She continued shouting at her brother as they walked out of town for training.
Evolution
The Eon clan that Kinesis originates from has a long held tradition regarding evolution. At a proper age and time of an Eevee's life, the young Pokemon must go through a trial. These trials are held without the Pokemon's knowledge until the final portion of the day and goes in the following order: travel to a sacred trial, spiritual connection to one of the eight great ancestors, and a battle to decide it all.
Kinesis's trial is considered unique, but something that shouldn't be spoken of in her or her closest relatives' presence. As such, it shall not be mentioned here.
Present-Day
Kinesis travels as a mercenary and, occasionally, a rescue volunteer. She doesn't enjoy being in teams, as she feels self-conscious about her psychic abilities and difficulty supporting others. Despite her struggles, Kinesis is a helpful supporter and has developed a special form of combat surrounding her issue as a psychic Pokemon.

Personality
An overly stoic and stern Absol. In contrast to Bastet, she takes everything seriously and thinks with logic over emotions. Luciel is ruthless in combat and is very strategic about how she fights with her partner/sister.
Appearance
An Absol wearing a large black cloak over her body. She often keeps her hood up due to her disdain in being blinded by sunlight.
Childhood
Luciel is from a mountainous tribe in the North of Mightyena, Poochyena, Houndoom, Houndour and Absol. This tribe lived near an active desert village on one side of the mountain. Her tribe, the Tribe of the Near-Deserted Mountains, were often known to be hostile to trespassers and wouldn't hold back against their foes.
For this reason, members of this tribe are expected by many outsiders to be barbaric and have had bounties place on their heads. Luciel and her parents chose to leave the tribe after there had been a fall-out among the leaders. They had become refugees and began living in the desert village.
Present-Day
Recent attacks from her old tribe led to numerous close-calls involving her identity and relation to the group. Villagers were forced to abandon their desert home to travel for new land. The most recent tribal attack was what led her to meeting Bastet and what led to the tribe having their current name.
Along with Bastet and a PorygonZ named "Auto", they formed the Bandits team under Luciel's command (although, Bastet believes she's the actual leader as she suggested the name).

Personality
Bastet is an amnesiac who claims to not remember herself at all. She can't remember her true name, age, or if she was ever human or not. She is certain she is not from the PMD world. Her personality is very energetic and cheerful, often oblivious to her surroundings and what others have to say. It's really easy to manipulate her as Bastet is, possibly, the most gullible person/Pokemon one would ever meet.

The Past
A small feline groaned as they opened their eyes to see a clear sky with a bright, radiant sun beaming down where she was. It... it feels... cold, they thought, as their limbs relaxed. A sudden pressure left like it was pulling her into the water as she returned to reality. "Ah? AH!?" The cat flailed her arms as she hurried to the shore of the waters.
"Where am I...?" They scanned their surroundings, noticing nothing but sand for miles on end. She looked to her paws, freaking out at the sudden revelation of what had happened. They turned, seeing a curved purple tail waving behind her and a Purrloin returning her own gaze. "This... This must be a dream..." The Purrloin pulled herself out of the water, realizing she had just woken up in a green, oasis paradise. The tree leaves had reflected the sunlight with a brilliant glow. "No... I'm... I'm a Purrloin. How?"
She turned her attention to the ground as a large growl was heard, a paw clutched her stomach as she hunched over in response. How long have I been out? It's like I haven't eaten anything for several days! A coma? The Purrloin thought to herself as she brought herself to stand, walking on two paws. Walking like this was easy since it was the same as who-or-whatever she was. Her legs shook with every step, clearly tired and unstable.
A loud howl was heard from the distance as she looked up, at the far end a strong figure watched her from the distance.
"He-hey! Wait!" They shouted, hoping for the figure to respond, "Help! Help me! Please! Don't..."
The figure left as the Purrloin yowled, "Don't go...!" Everything faded black as she fell into a small dune of warm sand.

Title: 2019. Year Filled With Lots of Goals...
I just put together last minute (not really) due to schoolwork a few weeks ago. Using an image/wikia source to put together what you see above. While I do like the image, I'm not necessarily proud of the work.
Seeing as I'm on vacation, I thought "HEY! Why not try to ACTUALLY make a profile picture like you normally do? You haven't really drawn on your own terms for months because of that whole quarter art project."
I'll be working on it up until New Years day... I already have some of the work in this spoiler. Just started today, and I should be finished by New Years Eve if I stay on task.

Kagabi's Thought Process
Before anyone asks, yes, I did use MS Paint for this one. I had to sketch it out somewhere. I was too lazy to find paper -- No, MS isn't entirely a pain. As for how it's not so... Well... messy, I have a touchscreen computer.
Started doing the outline in Medibang Paint. Again, touchscreen computer. I transferred the original sketch it this program, I even uploaded it to a cloud so I can edit it again later - I think I still have the app on my phone? ...I'll work it out.
This is the basic coloring for the profile picture's subject. I had saved a reference of the Pokemon she's based off of in the file, this made it easier for me to be as accurate as possible with the skin tones.
As for why it looks plain, I have yet to add shading/detail to the character - I even chose to remove the mouth since I don't know what to do for it. I've decided to add a background later, one of fireworks shaping '2019' above her tail. Probably best if I use orange, red, green, and some sort of pink to make this composition work with a night sky.
The shading itself... I'll be relying on the fireworks, meaning that light sources may be inconsistent in the final.
I began to follow a tutorial on making the night-sky background to my liking... Honestly, it doesn't look that well. I used the visibility on the character layers to make this more... Pleasing and less messy to the eye by the way.
Here, I began adding several layers, added some blending layers, then added the finishing background touch - The 2019 fireworks. *Explosion noises*
I wish the sky didn't look like a sloppy painting, but, hey, it's a learning progress.
And here's my lil' Espeon in her full on glory as I give her shading.
Digital art isn't my cup a' tea... But this is a nice first step.

PLEASE don't try to take any of this artwork for your own. Just taking someone's stuff is pretty ridiculous.
OH! I even got a sweet Stratocaster electric guitar, I'm in love with it not... what I meant...
It's red and black with a small little amp - I'm.. I'm going off topic.
What I mean to say is, I'll be practicing to play it eventually, I'm making it my 2019 goal along with some other things.
Now that I think about it, my schedule is too hectic tied with school life... Is this what an extrovert deals with daily? This... This feels a bit... much...
Eh, I'll work it out.
I guess I'll just list my 2019 goals here. Never really had so many goals before, hopefully they won't stop the first week I start!

Title: About One of my PMD RPs...
Well, anyway... I'll make this short since I have school in the morning.
To those who signed up on my PMD Relics RP, I'm sorry to say that I've decided to change my mind and close it. Yes, I'm aware I wasted your time in a way -- I feel so guilty, honestly.
With school and life getting into the mix of role-playing, due to my grade level, I doubt I would be able to efficiently host an RP without any interference. If anyone wants to take up the idea, I'll just share you the document on a PM or something.
Again, I really do apologize to those that have signed up.
Maybe in the future, when I feel more able to control everything, I'll host a PMD RP.
In all fairness, I thought this new concept, making an RPG element, was too far-fetched for what I'm use to. It could be time for me to try and head back to some of the basics with just the casual creation of an interesting story-line? It's been awhile since I made up a new story.

I might borrow elements of Fate Grand Order and use Pokemon sprites for the fighting... I'll need to think about the idea more. I notice now how my ideas can be extremely far-fetched. Especially for my tastes.

I'll be posting my practice on Filipino/Tagalog soon (it might be easier since I've studied it longer. HEH).

This is honestly easier to type/speak in due to my familiarity with the language (I've practically been born into it without ever learning it). Well, despite that, I'm still learning. Soon I'll post what I know about the Japanese language.
If anyone happens to speak any language that I'm studying, I wouldn't mind learning from them as well. Just PM or Palpad me, of course, I prefer typing over physically talking (especially over the internet) XD
