She concentrated fiercely at the ground, "DARK LIGHTNING!" Black lightning surges from hydroxius's feet and since water conducted electricity, Hydroxious was completely engulfed by powerful dark crackling lightning

Something made Vince gasp in horror:

"Better bring me that tiger quick! Hydroxius isn't even bothering with us- he's trying to get to the Great Ocean! If he gets in there he becomes a giant!"

Hydroxius maniacally laughed.

(By giant, I mean the one in the photo.)

Lunara's wings appeared and she called to Vince, "I can fly you there. My Dark Fire should help keep his size down."

she extended her hands and great roaring flames appeared. The fire swirled around him, infused with Dark lightning. The fire is supposed to dry the air down.

(Hydroxius isn't a typical boss- he's that kind of boss that you need to push back until you can beat him. Also, Vince's attack names are Rocky references.)
