Yes. My iPad used to work with this site fine, but one day I came online and it was extremely weird. The site isn't impossible to navigate, but it is much harder.

I actually have everything from the Community Tab as friends-only links in my Contact Me section because I can't get to them otherwise.

Based on that Mii on the bottom left, you must be using a 3DS? Just a guess.
Mostly anything on a 3DS looks weird because you're using the Internet Browser, which sucks. That should be the same with other consoles.

Wii u but it was not like that before, it changed after one Update at Ph maybe, for other Pages like Youtube, pokefarm Q and Facebook it looks fine

Well, certain Consoles aren't used to Internet Browsers and may mix / move stuff.
If Youtube is somewhere in the Wii Home Menu, then Youtube should work fine. Online stuff, like Youtube, or even Chrome, that are linked with the Wii should work fine, or maybe have some slight changes because it's a console. Youtube and Chrome aren't linked with the Nintendo Switch, so you can't really use them. I believe Youtube works on the 3Ds. Which really sucks btw.

It's not just consoles though. My iPad behaves like this, but my phone doesn't. It's pretty weird. And like I said, the weirdness is only a few months old.

Oh, IPads have it too? Maybe it's the size of the screen and that it might be too small or big that it gets layered with something else? lol idk at this point.

I can look into it in a few days, screenshots are welcome, if you can inspect elements (as in right mouse click > inspect element for pc), then also send a screen of that, preferably from an element that's out of place. :)
It could be screen size, so can you also provide details on that? ^^

Remember the "big" layout change where the userbar changed font & font size & other stuff like that, I'm going to blame that for the time being ^^

The Wii U browser is basically just a very old Opera browser (Version 9.30, about 10 years old), which does not support all modern layout standards. Unfortunately, this can cause graphical glitches on some parts of the site.

It's a bit weirder for the iPad, though. How old is this one? (Which version?)

This is most likely due to the lack of prefixes, you can use AutoPrefixer to easily update the CSS code.
If AutoPrefixer doesn't work for some items you can look up what prefixes are needed for the things that aren't working on w3schools (since I noticed some differences on what AutoPrefixer & w3school says it should be).
