Within what seems like a fraction of a second, Makau's in front of
the grunt, already bringing up her hand. Putting as much force as
she can behind the strike, she slams the heel of her palm into her
attacker's finger joints. The gun is knocked out of the grunt's
hand, skidding in the snow to an almost safe distance, and her
smile widens. "I don't need to stall for time, stultus."
From behind cover... Anubis took out one of the silenced snipers
from his case... He laid down on the snow and covered his legs in a
small layer of snow for cover... and he aimed at the grunt
attacking Makau... He found his sight... and shot the grunt right
in the forehead..
Gem just watched carefully. She didn't dare to get out her notepad
now. She was starting to feel really cold, and scared. Her eyes
were slowly starting to close, but she forced them back open. She
wanted to get up, but she was very scared to do so.
Anubis dug down into the snow and put his case in there and covered
it... then Anubis crawls through the snow to flank the grunts and
since he was wearing all white... he blended in well.
Angell pulls out a seperate table and starts to organize the
weapons he brought and adds the coffee to the supply. He glances at
the prisoner every 2 minutes to make sure he dosen´t move.
Clover winced at the coming gunshots. She knew that he didn't want
to kill them, only injure them enough to capture. Especially
me... She added silently. She slapped a button on her arm and a
grappling hook extended on her left arm. She fired, hooking a
branch of a tree, and zipped up while carrying Gem.
She hauled Gem onto the branch and winced as another bullet pierced
her leg. She allowed herself to drop to the ground and fire the
grapple again, hitting the goon in the face. As he stumbled back,
his gun flew into the air.
(I'm assuming that Angell is trying to contact Rylie)
Clover threw her last knife at the goon. Panting, she put her
weight on her left leg and glanced down at her radio. "...Injure.
Not too badly, though."
"Thanks," Clover nodded, turning hers off. She leaned down to look
at the goon. "Well, Hermie's trying to find us again, hm? Well, I
wish him good luck," She called, kicking snow into his face before
limping back to the tree.
Gem continued to force her eyes open. Shivering, she began to close
her eyes as she passed out from the cold conditions. She fell off
of the branch, and landed with a thump into the snow.
"Come on, Agent Waffle," She grumbled, trying to haul Gem to her
feet despite her arm being practically useless and having a bad
leg. "I can't exactly do this right now."
Gem was completely knocked out. She didn't move at all. She tried
her best to wake up, but her efforts were in vain. Ugh, I'm so
stupid. She thought, as she grew limper.
Clover finally fell, plopping into the snow. She grunted and
thought for a moment before shooting her grappling hook and
catching the cord; she wrapped it around Gem's wrist and got up,
successfully dragging her.
