She glanced over. "Yeah, she's just tired from the vulture today," She mewed quickly, but quickly turned back to her father. "And... You caught a fox twice the size of this den!" She guessed.

"Oh this is better than any old fox," Shellspeckle chuckled. "I just talked with old plant cat back there," he said, flicking his tail to the medicine cat den, "and he said that in a quarter moon, your siblings will be born."

"YA-" She stopped abruptly, reminding herself Tigerpaw was trying to sleep. "Wooo!" She meowed much more quietly, but the excitement was still pretty clear.

Shellspeckle purred at her excitement. "You were the only one of your litter, and now you get to have some siblings." He added, "Could you try to help Horizonfeather with some stuff when I'm not around?"

Tigerpaw heard the whole conversation, and held a sigh back. I can't let Ivypaw see Shellspeckle in the dark forest...maybe I should just let Ivypaw believe whatever Shadowflame told her...if Shadowflame did say anything she thought to herself guiltfully, and covered her nose with her tail to pretend she was asleep.

Ivypaw purred. "No problem! Goodnight!" She called after him, finishing off the mouse and curling up in her nest. She glanced at Tigerpaw before yawning and eventually falling into the embrace of sleep.

"Goodnight." Shellspeckle purred back. He too went to his nest. In a few seconds, he curled up and fell asleep. He awoke in the Dark Forest. "Oh great."

Tigerpaw eventually fell asleep, and woke up on the border of StarClan, and the dark forest. She looked around for any familiar cats in StarClan. "Roseheart?" She called out for her mom hoping to get some advice on what might be happening to her. She continued down the familiar path that she walked countless times before.

Shadowflame narrowed his eyes as he stared out in search for his Clanmates. He saw Lilypaw, and Sandfeather pad into the usual clearing. "Welcome back" he meowed lowly, and dug his claws into the dirt.

"We won't be training today" Mudstrike hissed. The dead warrior nodded to Shadowflame. "We are attacking a group in StarClan tonight. Remember what you have learnt, and don't hold back. The weaker we make them the better" he hissed.

"Really?" Shellspeckle asked quietly. He then realized he sounded scared, so he said, "I mean, StarClan is many. They outnumber us 3 to 1."
(I feel like Shellspeckle might be scared because he might run into Conchdapple.)

(Alright)

Mudstrike glared at Shellspeckle "we aren't attacking the entirety of StarClan. Just a small group close to the border. Mainly Roseheart, Fallingfeather, and a few others" he said lowly. Lilypaw then froze. She looked at Shellspeckle with a frightened look. "Any cat who wishes to opt out of the fight may train with Redstripe, but be warned you will be forced to join next time" Mudstrike said lowly.

"Of course I'm going, mouse brain" Sandfeather said lowly. "I'd like to score my claws through Roseheart's fur once more" she spat.

Lilypaw looked a bit more unconvinced. She stood straight up "when are we leaving" she demanded.

"Now" Mudstrike meowed lowly, and got to his paws.

Sandfeather hissed "Tigerpaw was weak. She's a StarClan follower therefore she must be put down" she growled, and ran ahead of the patrol. Lilypaw was running as fast as she could to the border.
