The dragon dodged both breaths somehow, but still couldn't shake the two from his back.

Blaze reached for the dragon's neck and dug his claws in hard.

Shard found an opening and squeezed in.

Ony got up--albeit slowly--and sprinted over, going into the opening herself. She clawed at the dragon, hissing, and bit down on his tail until she tasted blood.

Dewdrop clambered up the dragon's neck alongside Blaze, digging his claws in and causing as much damage as possible as he ascended.

Firework growled and instead chose to sink her claws into the dragon's belly. Winter hissed and smacked his spiked tail onto his face.

Seeing everyone go in, Sylvia flapped forward and flew in circles around the dragon's head to distract him.

The dragon collapsed onto the ground. His eyes were slowly closing. "I didn't want to-" He took in another breath. "-be this way. Be careful, dragonets. There is an-" He took another breath. "-organization dedicated to killing you prophecy dragons." He took yet another breath. "Please, find my daughter. Her name's Joy. She's a Fire dragonet with beautiful sparks on her. Tell her about me. Tell her what you-" He took another breath. "-know. The organization turned me into a monster. Tell them if you see them-" He took another breath."-that you killed Mizoro." Mizoro said, breathing in again. "Goodbye." He said, going limp.

Blaze listened to the dragon's speech and sighed. "He was a father and we killed him." He said sadly.

Winter snorted. "Yeah, but not before he tried to murder a bunch of innocent, completely untrained dragonets who happened to wander down a tunnel. How fatherly."

Dewdrop blinked. "Mi-what? That was an...interesting change of character."

Firework narrowed her eyes and poked him. "I swear if he jumps up and yells, 'LOL JK' and murders us all I'm going to kill myself first."

Sylvia sighed with relief and flew straight back up to Allia.

Ony let go of his tail. "I..." She looked down, tears finally welling up in her eyes. She sniffed. "What happened to him to be like this..."

She shook her head, wiping the tears, and flew away back to Allia.

Mizoro's black scales seemed to flake off, and the scales of a regular Fire dragon showed through.

"We better tell his daughter at least. If we find her." Blaze said.

The vines holding Allia vanished. She fell down onto the ground of the tunnel with a loud thump. Blood began to pool onto the ground out of her hundreds of wounds.

Ony landed quickly, and took Allia's pulse. "She's still alive!" She called, sobbing in relief. "We need to get out. Now."

Dewdrop nodded. Hauling Allia onto his back, being a large dragonet and a Life Dragon, he started to march down the tunnel.

Firework glanced once more at Mizoro and traipsed after Dewdrop, followed closely by a tired Winter.

Sylvia hugged Ony, sobbing as well.

Blaze followed them. "I hope the nurses out there are all active and not asleep." He said.

Shard followed behind them. She was even behind Blaze.

Allia still hadn't come to yet, but she was giving quiet noises in pain.

Frost snapped out of his sudden anger filled trance and watched as Dewdrop started carrying Allia.
he quickly blew a bit of breathe at Allia and formed a thin yet strong enough layer of ice to try and stop the bleeding and quickly followed after.

Braise helped Serenity and let her rest over his back, then started to catch up with the other's while being careful with Serenity, who was whimpering quietly with the wound's she managed to close up with tightly wrapped vines that she made sure didn't cut off her airway.

Allia, even though she was still out cold, had a shiver run down her spine because of the ice on her wounds. More quiet noises in pain came from her, that could only be heard if you listened hard enough.

Ony's tail dragged on the ground. For once, she was oddly silent--terrified, though she refused to show it. She looked up at the ice and sighed.

Frost walked over to where he walked along just a bit back beside her as he looked at Allia, noticing the chill that ran down her body.
''i-i'm only making it worse with the ice aren't i....'' he muttered, not truly asking anyone in particular.

Dewdrop shivered at the ice now on Allia, but continued to march forward. Winter brushed his wing to Frost's in sympathy.

Sylvia stayed at Ony's side, eyeing Ony's paw worriedly. "I hope we can fix that...and I hope nothing's broken," she murmured.

Firework glared at the ground as she went down the tunnel at a brisk trot.

Sylvia sighed. "This...why? Why would they send us here if they knew...this must have happened before. New dragonets go through here every year....it just...it's so cruel."
