Spiky-eared Pichu is Too Shy.. (previous thread title)

I made a Beauty Contest photo entry, featuring a Spiky-eared Pichu, but it didn't come out after I clicked the [Take Photo] button. :(

I thought maybe that it might be my stubborn WiFi's fault, so I did another one.. but, it still didn't appear on my entry. :,(

I guess my Spiky-eared Pichu doesn't like to be entered in this contest.. but, I'll keep trying to make another one until this "glitch" passes on. RIP burnt mobile touch screen finger. :O

I'm using a Chrome Browser on my Samsung S5. :B

I just noticed this while randomly checking my Emera Pokédex :

The Pokédex Spiky-eared Pichu image is not shown.

But, you can see its image when clicking the Pokédex (View Info) Spiky-eared Pichu.

Maybe, that's why it didn't show when I click on [Take Photo]..?

EDIT3 :

I noticed that most of the time, whenever there's a newly-released Alolan, Shiny Mega Legendaries (i.e. Shiny Mega Mewtwo X/Y), event Pokémon (i.e. Santa Birb), it won't be seen in its entry after taking it's photo for the Beauty Contest as well.. :S

I just wish that there is a warning to kinda stop you from continuing to "take a photo" or waste your PD or even your time/artistic-know-how in dressing them up.. only knowing after it's all done that you won't SEE them in your Beauty Contest entry? All of that hard work went into the drain, literally. :,(

I just ran into a similar issue. Here's my invisible Togedemaru. I wonder if some of the sprites didn't get properly implemented in the contests. I'm also using Chrome, and this is the first of my Pokemon to do that.

I experimented a bit, taking photos of some of my other Pokemon. Seems the Alola Pokemon are the ones affected this time around.

All of the Alolan Pokemon have this issue, as far as I know. And it has been reported many times.

Yes this has bee reported in the past (I might link later if I can find them)

Just be paticent and wait. Riako is currently busy with the GTS and hasn't much time to sort other aspects out at the moment <3

Fixed! I just tested it with a bunch of Pokémon from Alola & new Emera Event Pokémon and it works perfectly well.

Note that bugged photos that were taken before this fix are not affected by this. They still don't display the Pokémon as a photo is a permanent image.
