Your anatomy is on point all except for the hands /which is the same problem I used to have before/ but a few references can help you easily ^^

I'll agree with you, the forearm just needs to be a bit shorter!

I suggest to use a more saturated colour for the glowing parts, to really make it 'glow'!

Although the hips for the paper bag character looks a bit weird. The clothing sort of makes it seem as if the right hip is located slightly lower than the left one.
