Angelica laughed when she really got a look at her hair. "It must have went great!" She took a breath and looked at the boxes. "I think the dark brown would look good on you." Angelica looked at Capt. Crunch. "Did you guys get along?"

Shay nodded as Angelica suggested the dark brown, throwing the blonde back under her bed. "I didn't really notice him and made sure he didn't fall in my potion." she told Angelica before standing up. "C'mon, we should get the bathroom before it gets too late so I'm here for when Spencer gets here."

Angelica stood and booped Capt. Crunch's nose. "You just chill here, okay?" She pet his head. "Momma will be back soon." The ferret nodded and buried himself under Angelica's pillows. "Or you could do that." She shrugged and turned to Shay. "A'ight. Let us do the hair coloring!" She chuckled.

The male was able to reach the higher shelves quickly in his hawk form. His powerful wings allowed him to gain height with little to no effort. The floor was soon far away, the tables and whichever students that seemed to remain in the library grew smaller and smaller, each time he flapped his wings. It had been a while since he changed into any species of bird, but he always liked the smooth feeling of gliding through the air.
He was now a bit above where he saw the student with the dark blond hair looking at the books. The male was clearly in sight now -- purple hoodie, black jeans. Yet, he still decided to say nothing. He wasn't in this library to be social. He needed to find the book he needed on shape-shifting. More knowledge and he could better improve his different forms. That was his goal.
The words on the spines of the book became even clearer to him now. He'd forgotten how amazing a bird's vision was, seeing things clearly like prey so far away.
Shape-shifting, shape-shifting, he repeated in his head while gliding around in search of the book. There!
Oliver flew over to the book he wanted. He was pretty surprised at the fact that the book was so high up on the shelves, barely in a normal human's eye view. But, he didn't think much of it since shape-shifters could reach up here easily in the first place.
Keeping his wings steady, he reached out a hooked talon to pull the book from the top of its spine out. Once it was at least a quarter's way out, he latched all of his talons on the corner of the book and smoothly pulled it out. It wasn't so hard for him after all to find the book without getting lost in such a huge library.
With the book latched firmly in his talons, but not hard enough to puncture the front or back of the book, the male slowly drifted down, still keeping his wings steady so he wouldn't spiral out of control. It was soon before he heard the familiar noise of his other empty talons click against the library's hardwood floor.
Returning to his human form was just as easy as changing into something else. All the features of the hawk began to fade off of him, the feathers diminishing first. They were replaced by his normal human features.
Grabbing the book off the floor, he then made his way over to the desk to check it out. The process went pretty quick and he soon was already making his way out of the library, walking back to his dorm room. He carried the book securely in his right arm, in which he folded inwards to keep the book held firmly.
Upon entering his dorm room, he made his way straight to his bed, set the book down near his pillow, and plopped himself down on the bed afterwards. A relieved sigh escaped his mouth.

Spencer's eyes followed Oliver's body as he walked into the dorm and plopped onto his bed. He was a little offended when he hadn't said anything to him, though decided not to rash and brush it off. He debated whether or not he should bother him seeing how focused he appeared. He decided it'd be best to not say anything and left the dorm room silently to take in the scenery from outside of the building.

Oliver found it a bit odd that Spencer had just left the room right as he got in. Though, he just left the thought alone. He laid on his bed for a few minutes of silence before he sat back up and grabbed the book beside him. He decided that it was time to start looking through it and improve on what he could be missing with his power.
The male began flipping through the book's pages and skimmed through the basic things. He already had a basic idea of how to control his shape-shifting and how to change, but he knew there had to be more to it that he possibly hadn't found out by himself.
Finding a page that seemed interesting to him, he began to read, allowing the silence around him take over.

Spencer stood outside the front office taking in the scenery as he'd be seeing it for a while starting today. He closed his eyes and listened to the sounds around him. His focus was broken as he felt something small and cold set itself on his shoulder followed by many others, rain. He looked up at the now gray sky and watched as raindrops became trickling down until it came to a downpour. He then ran inside, tracking his wet clothes as he shivered and made his way back upstairs.

Endurance.. Oliver flipped to the next page in his book. What he read was something that had been in his thoughts for a long while. How long could be possibly stay in a completely different form for? Well, he currently had the time to himself, so he wanted to test out his body's ability now and he wanted to keep it plain and simple.
Dark black fur began to appear all over the male's body and at the same time, his body began to grow smaller. A long fluffy tail appeared from behind him and his ears narrowed and began to point upward. His face now protruded outward, a cat's snout replacing his human features. The male settled his front right paw on the page of the book, and continued reading onward in case of a next step.

Spencer quietly opened the door to the dorm and stepped in, closing it behind him and noticing what Oliver was doing. He watched the male turn into a cat with a blank expression, then clapped once the transformation was complete. "That was amazing." he told Oliver while reaching in his drawer to get clothes. "I didn't want to bother you earlier because you looked so focused," he started while removing all of his clothing with his back facing Oliver, "so I went outside and now it's pouring." He pulled up a pair of boxer shorts and sat on his bed and smiled at Oliver. "Don't tell me I'll have to get kitty kisses from you forever." he joked in a baby voice while leaning back, still smiling.

Randy let out a small amused huff as Harmony seemed to be threatening him. She got her point across but he wasn't exactly worried about this girl and what she might or might not do. "Well, I rather like blowing stuff up so I wouldn't mind adding you or my bed to the list," the lad stated nonchalantly with a shrug. "It was really nice talking to you and all," Randy began with sarcasm lacing his voice as he lifted his hand the small explosive was occupying ever so slightly. "But I haven't figured out how to defuse these things yet and they kind of go off after a while if I don't blow them up first. I'd rather not add my arm to the list of things that I've blown up just yet. And as tempting as the idea of blowing you up is, I don't plan on getting trouble for murder on my first-" the lad averted his eyes from Harmony as he glanced down at the bomb on his palm and his sentence was cut short. Small rays of white light had started to seep through from the core of the ball. That was not good. "Oh crap."

Without sparing another glance at Harmony, Randy spurred into action like a switch had been flipped. Sprinting out of the dining hall, as blowing school property up at that point really wasn't a smart move, the lad crashed through the doors and into the school yard. Rain greeted him as soon as he set foot outside but that didn't bother him. In fact, he was grateful it had forced most people inside so there was a lot less things to take into consideration. Taking a few running steps away from the building, Randy came to a halt when he was far enough and the lad tossed the small explosive into the air. He brought his arms up to shield his head from the shock wave just as the bomb went off in the air. The force of the blast knocked the boy into the ground but made no further significant damage. Well, that is if noise pollution doesn't count. Randy winced as he pushed himself into a sitting position on the wet ground. He really should've covered his ears instead but shielding his head was an old learned habit and old habits die hard.

Ethan had watched the guy with black hair shapeshift into what appeared to be a hawk. The hawk had flew up towards the shelves near Ethan, but hadn't took much notice of him. Ethan watched as he grabbed a book with his talons, shapeshifted back, and left the library.
By glancing out the large window a few feet away, Ethan noticed the sun had almost set as rain began pouring down. Ethan loved the rain, being near water always gave him a temporary boost in his power.
Since it was getting late, he thought that it would be best to grab a few books and head back to his dorm. He descended down to the first floor and slipped down the aisle listed as powers. He looked under 'H' for Hydrokinesis, but was unable to find anything. So he began to looked under 'W' and found a book on Water Manipulation.
It's all the same, so I suppose this will do. Ethan thought as he walked over to the reception desk. The librarian was now present, she was a very small woman. He placed the book on the desk infront of her. She opened the cover of the book and stamped it, 'You have three weeks to return this.' She said while looking up at him through her glasses.
'I understand.' Ethan replied as he lifted the book and left the library.

Oliver watched in the corner of his eyes as Spencer came in drenched from the rain and changed. He could feel his face begin to grow slightly warmer as the male casually changed in front of him with no hesitation. He momentarily returned his attention to the book in front of him, but upon hearing 'Don't tell me I'll have to get kitty kisses from you forever', the now-cat narrowed his eyes. "Oh please," he muttered under his breath. He flicked his tail in response and returned his attention back to the book.

Spencer smirked at Oliver's response and looked at the time, four hours before Shay wanted him to visit her for some reason. He sighed and told himself he'd want to spend the night with Oliver as much as possible, so the older twin sent her a text that read 'Coming in ten minutes, I don't have time to later'.

Shay felt her phone buzz in her pocket as she dried her hair and read the text her brother sent her. "My brother'll be in our dorm in about ten minutes." she warned Angelica. "Do you want to meet him or would you rather leave or something?" she asked.

"I wanna meet him, if that is okay." She placed Capt. Crunch on her shoulder. "He isn't gonna be like you with Capt. Crunch right?" The ferret sort of hid himself in Angelica's hair.

"Well, he can't blow things up..." she told Angelica after returning to their dorm and picking up multiple vials with both her hands.

Spencer looked at Oliver and sighed before sitting himself against the wall of his bed. He closed his head and exhaled deeply as his head dropped, Astral Projecting into his sister's dorm. As his astral-self appeared in the dorm, he clapped his hands together. "Okay, I don't know how long I'm gonna be able to sustain this, so let's do it as quickly as possible." he told Shay rapidly before turning his nose at her. "Did you color your hair?" he asked, the obvious answer being yes, which made Shay shake her head in disappointment.

"I'm the smart one." the younger twin whispered to Angelica.

"Wow. You guys look alike." Angelica pointed at the both of them. "Also how did you- never mind." She shook her head.

The two looked at each other then back at Angelica.
"We're twins." they said in unison before Shay moved Spencer in front of the door.

"Okay, this potion should paralyze you, but I think I added too much Mustard Seed." Shay explained which Spencer gave a nod. She backed herself up from Spencer and threw a vial near his feet, releasing a white smoke and made the astral clone to glow yellow for a brief second, though was able to continue moving.

"Damn it..." Shay mumbled.
"Maybe it's because I'm in my astral form?" Spencer hypothesized which made his sister shake her head.
"That hasn't happened before, it must have been the extra mustard seed..." Shay mumbled writing down what she'd said in a notebook.
"Well, leave the potions to me and you stick to spells, we're both better at one thing than the other." he told Shay while rubbing her shoulder before his astral self disappeared.

Oliver kept his paw on the page as he continued to read about endurance in keeping his form for a long period of time. Soon, he had read about changing into several different forms in a short amount of time. He, himself, had not tried this, but according to the book, most beginners had trouble going through with it. Though, he wanted to test his body, in case he had to try it in the near future.
The cat features began to fade, the fur being replaced by feathers once again. His shape shrunk to about less than a quarter of the cat's size and blue feathers appeared on his belly. His head feathers were white, as were his wings, but with black stripes. The process was a bit slower than the first change into a cat, but his body didn't feel much different.
Moments later, he tried to change back into the cat. As the cat features were beginning to come back once again, Oliver felt a sharp pain in his chest. And with that, he knew he couldn't stay in the cat's body. He let his human features return and he sat staring down at his book.
The male felt liquid dripping down his lip from his nose. With a slow wipe of his hand and a glance down, he realized the liquid was blood. Damn it.. Yet, the blood didn't stop dripping.

Spencer, coming back from Astral Projection, was now physically exhausted from it. He took deep breaths and reached beside his bed for a water bottle before chugging it all down. He wiped his mouth and looked over at Oliver whose nose had been bleeding, altering Spencer and bringing him to his feet. "Whoa, are you alright? D-do you need anything?" he asked worriedly while making his way over to Oliver's bed.

Oliver held his hand under his nose as he saw Spencer walk over. Some of the blood started to seep between his fingers. "Heh, I'm alright," the male murmured a bit weakly, "I think I just need to lay down for a bit.." He figured he had just put a little too much stress on his body changing.
With that, the male slowly lay down on his back, leaving his study book open at the page he left off at his feet. Noticing the wet feeling on his hand from the blood, he said, "Maybe you could get me a couple tissues?"
