Awkward/Embarassing/Creepy moments :D
Forum-Index → General Discussion → Awkward/Embarassing/Creepy moments :DWell I had few of them - You gotta know that I am really clumsy and crazy person xD And forgetful too!
So my friend called me earlier today - she was like: "Oh hey! Something is going on in Cinema tomorrow! Could you please buy tickets so we can go watch it?" I was like: "Sure!" (She is out of town for school purposes) - Anyways I went to store and ahem - Guess what happened? I umm .... Forgot the money (Facepalm) anyways I was like "I have to go to the cash dispenser so I can withdraw some money! Be right back!" - I came outside and I remembered that my grandparents have my card - because they don't trust me with it >_< So I went all the way home and back to town (around an hour or so of walk) and when I got back all that woman in store did was smiling at me - ya know because something like that happens everyday D: I was so embarassed and my grandparents didn't help either D: They are keep bugging me about it and I just know that my grandma will tell about this to everyone she knows >_<
Two kinda scary moments in my life - and awkward too:
First happened a while after my mom passed away. I was walking home from town and I had earphones in my ears as usually (Because I hate listening to other people while I am outside - they tend to yell a lot around here >_< ) anyways - it was dark and quiet. I though that I was alone on the street (Or was I?) anyways than I suddenly felt a hand on my arm and I nearly dropped out! It was random man I never met before in my life :o He asked me if I am ok - I said that I am ok (Thanks for scaring me!) and he went away (Or so I thought) - He came back after few minutes and he was like: "Just please- Promise me that you won't hurt yourself ok?" So I was like: "Ok" (Because I totally wanted to hurt myself - I was just listening to music is that really so strange?)
And second one was kinda creepy too.
I went to high school to another city (About an hour and half away from here) so one day about two or three years ago we had something in school so I went home pretty late. I realized that I had to wait for my bus for next two hours (I had to go to one bus - than get off it after about half an hour and wait for another bus) so I decided to go to nearest cafeteria- Bad idea! Anyways I ordered hot chocolate because it was winter - so the waiter came and than sit down at my table: I was pretty much like: "Ok... this is awkward" than he was constantly bugging me and he ended up asking me for my phone number (He was around 60 years old!!) anyways he said that he drives trough my city from time to time and that we can meet again (Nope >_> ) - He knew where I am from because I asked someone on the station when does the next the bus go to my city and the cafeteria is basically in the station >_> He was constantly bugging me until I had enough - I wanted to pay so while he was gone I ran off leaving small amount of money on the table. Probably too much money but who cares - I could never go in there again - even though that waiter went away after few months- I was just too scared to go in there again alone D:
One of the worst moments, something brief and simple:
I nearly drown in the swimming pool when I was younger. It was one on these small ones, for children and stuff but it was covered with airbeds (?) all the surface, I fell off one of them so I was below them, underwater, and since there were children over the airbeds I didn't have enough strenght, but I kept pushing. When I thought I wouldn't be able to breathe again, I just was like "pleaseeee" and I finally could push one of them (making the two children over it nearly fall and be angry with me) with all the strenght I had. Then I just kept breathing heavily for a few moments and actually no one noticed I was drowning.
One of the scariest of my life >-<;
Also I had few pretty much creepy experiences with kiddos in my town - they think that they are so "awesome" and that they are king of streets because they scare people from Christmas to January- sometimes even longer - with These- Have no idea how to call them - they are noisy and they are basically just creating noises and if you don't drop them in time they can tear your hand apart- Anyways I remember last year I went home from town because I went to do some shopping for my grandparents -and somebody threw one of these behind my back - it exploded literally like 20 centimetres behind me - but luckily it landed in the hole beside the road - so I didn't get hurt - After that I heard some kids laughing at me because I nearly fainted (I am scared of loud noises)- My heart beated like crazy and I had panic attack after that :o I don't remember how I got home :o
The next morning, my dad simply taps on my door to wake me up. I lied there for a few minutes when I open my eyes to see the pony right next to my bed. I squealed and my heart skipped a beat. Embarrassing and completely scary for me......
Well, I was playing Pokémon X, while on a FaceTime (Iphone 4S, my friend has a Iphone 5c), and of course, I literally scream "NOOOOOO!" when my Greninja fainted. And I explain and my friend starts laughing. I don't know if I was embarrassed of awkwarded out. (That isn't a word.)
I was PM conversing with someone who's an artist here . I was continuously suggesting her to use her talents 'OTL' .
I was meaning to mean 'on true life' but she just told me that 'OTL' is used to mean 'disappointment' and not 'on true life' *facepalm* .
I was like "never use 'OTL' for 'on true life' , only use 'irl' for 'in real life' from now" .
Soooooooo awkward :P
Let's see creepy moments....hm...honestly I haven't had as much compared to embarrassing things....but the creepy stories had more of an impact on me so I remember most of them. I guess the most creepiest thing that I experienced was about probably a decade or so ago, when I was like 11, maybe older don't quite remember. Basically I was on my computer and out of nowhere my stereo, that's on the other side of the room, turned on by itself. To this day I STILL do not know how it turned on. It honestly scared the carp out of me.
There's another moment that I consider creepy. Or it would have been more creepy if I wasn't so close to my house at the time. You see I was walking my dogs at night when I notice that there's a wobbling dude on the sidewalk coming towards me. I knew that he must not have been in the right state of mind for him to be wobbling like that. Luckily I never leave my front yard so I was able to run inside and immediately run to my mom. If my house wasn't nearby who knows what would have happened.
This last moment started off as creepy and just ended off being completely awkward. You see I was at JCPenny's with my grandparents, on my mom's side, when out of nowhere this old dude grabs my arm, I should also note that there was an older lady there next to him. Anyway I screamed and jumped away ripping my arm out of his hand. My grandparents ran to me and I see the store clerks looking over at us going with "WTF" expression. Anyway it turns out that the old dude and lady were my grandparents on my dad's side. So it became completely awkward for me since I haven't seen that side of my family for years before that moment, and actually I haven't seen them since but that's beside the point. Anyway it was creepy because I thought I was being attacked and it was awkward because I really didn't know how to deal with those people.
So yeah those were my stories. I know you probably didn't want all these stories but all of them had some amount of impact on me.....especially the second and third stories. They're probably not embarrassing/creepy/awkward to others, but to me they were especially at the time that they occurred.
