These tickets would be found in boxes or through rumbling, and when saved up, could be traded in at a new section of the Emera Mall for access to rumble areas, much like how you can save up diamonds in Pokemon Rumble World to purchase new balloons.
This would be a nice little way for people who have missed events that unlocked new rumble areas (such as the yellow forest) to gain access to these places later on.
This section of Emera Mall could also be used to trade in a large amount of tokens for items such as maps or summon items like griseous orbs.
This would be somewhat helpful to those people who have bad luck with boxes.
The higher the rumble area, the higher the chance that your pokemon may pick up some rumble tokens.
Tickets would not be tradeable/sellable, and would act similarly to event points or game chips.
Possible appearance of a rumble token:
A different variation might be pretty much exactly like what CatLady said, where instead of summon items, you could purchase boxes/keys.

This would actually be incredibly useful, not just for the people who missed events for rumble areas, but also for the users who are attempting to hunt a shiny legend to get the summon items that not many people are willing to sell.
I would be so incredibly thrilled to see this implemented so I support this entirely ♥

It sounds like a nice idea though I feel it would decrease the value of things such as summon items significantly, items intended to be rarer to obtain in the first place.
Another point to consider is that events such as the Yellow Forest tend to repeat themselves as shown here. (Example: Route 102 was available twice during 2014) Also, a lot of users have those Rumble Areas accessed still meaning you could merely purchase a missing event from another user.
I personally would prefer CatLady's variation of this suggestion.

But to correct Tai, the rumble area events have not repeated themselves, yet. The first release of the Retros was through hatching eggs, then they became unavailable. Then the way to get route 102 came about, and now that's done. (So either you have it or you don't. Same with yellow forest.)
I think that having this as an option, to buy the areas if you missed the events, is a neat way to go about making it earnable for everyone.

Ever since the spring update, i've been getting one key and ten billion lemonades per set of rumblers and im absolutely sick of having 20+ brown boxes and one pink key. I want to actually BUY the boxes and keys i need instead of having to rely on the unreliable rumbling luck. I miss it when we had a decent chance of picking up boxes and keys over lemonades (which didnt exist so they were amazingly common <3)
