White Powder is a reward you can get from solving Bulletin Board tasks. It'll look like this:

You can't adpot Cresselia, you'll need to get New Moon Map if i am not wrong, and that map is only obtainable from Mystery Box(Black).

1. The thread is called 'adopting' legendaries, though, and is here only used as a synonym for 'obtain', so in that sense, you can 'adopt' Cresselia ^^'

2. New Moon Map is for Darkrai, not for Cresselia. Cresselia is the Full Moon Map, which is also only obtainable from the Mystery Boxes (Black). You'll have to get lucky, with a 1 in 3 chance.

I know it says that cosmog and its evolutions could be acquired from the 2016 advent calendar, but is there any word on other ways to get one in the future, such as a summon item or adopting from the lab? I know nothing's been implemented yet, but I'm hoping to be able to adopt more than one.
