Welcome to the Tournoi de Royauté, also known as the Tournament of Royalty!
This is an all-out tournament in which you may enter three Pokémon of any kind, EXCEPT for the following:
(Gengar, Kangaskhan, Mawile, and Lucario may enter so long as they are not holding their appropriate Mega Stones. [Mega Evolving any of these listed Pokémon will result in disqualification.] Kyurem may enter so long as it is NOT White Kyurem; Shaymin may enter so long as it is NOT in its Sky Forme. Mewtwo, Blaziken, Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Giratina, Arceus, and Genesect may not enter regardless of form.)
The tournament will be single-elimination, and organized in this way:
The first round consists of Single Battles, and is to determine who qualifies for the second round. Battle Videos must be recorded, or the battle will not count.
The second round and onwards are Multi Battles. After the first round, you will be paired with any other participant of your choice, so long as they, too, have made it to the second round and do not yet have a partner. This person will be your partner for the entire tournament, and if one of you is disqualified for any reason, including rule breaking and simply not showing up, you are both disqualified. At the end of the tournament, each member of the winning pairs gets the prize.
The tournament will have 32 participants. This means that there will be four rounds.
Rules:
1 ) All PokéHeroes rules apply.
2 ) You may not enter if you do not have a way to get Pokémon OmegaRuby or AlphaSapphire by the start of the tournament.
3 ) You may not enter if you do not have three eligible Pokémon.
4 ) You will be disqualified if you Mega Evolve a Gengar, Kangaskhan, Mawile, or Lucario.
5 ) You may not change your team between battles; you must use the same three Pokémon in every battle.
6 ) You may not enter with any of the banned Pokémon.
7 ) You may change a Pokémon's form or Forme between battles, as long as the new form is not banned.
8 ) You may not evolve a Pokémon between battles. If you enter with a Fennekin and miraculously manage to win, you may not evolve it into a Braixen or a Delphox before the next round.
9 ) You may not enter with two Pokémon of the same species. However, you may enter with two different Pokémon from the same evolution line.
10 ) Your behavior matters just as much as your skill. If you excessively brag about winning, you're disqualified and the one you defeated gets put back in the tournament. If you lose and are rude about it, you're disqualified from any future tournaments I run.
11 ) You may NOT, under ANY circumstances, bribe or attempt to bribe any other participant or anyone helping to run the tournament to give you a free victory. You will be disqualified, banned from all future tournaments, and reported.
Prizes:
First prize is one BP item of any price for each first place winner.
Second prize is one BP item that costs 32 BP or less for each second place winner.
Third and fourth prizes are one BP item that costs 16 BP or less for each third or fourth place winner.

The first round has not yet ended, so there are no partnerships yet.
Schedule:
The first round of the tournament will begin 48 hours after the thirty-second participant joins, and lasts 48 hours, unless this occurs prior to December 5, 2014, in which case the tournament will begin on December 5, 2014, at 00:00 PokéHeroes server time. All subsequent rounds take place across 48 hours, and when one round ends, another begins.

Piggylover, if you read Rule 2 (or the title, for that matter...) you would have known for sure that it was a tournament for X and Y; since you clearly stated that you didn't know if it was for X and Y or not, I can conclude that you did not read Rule 2, and thus that you did not read (all of) the rules.

If this still lacks the 32 members needed on December 5, Pokémon OmegaRuby and AlphaSapphire will also be legal for use in the tournament. ^^
Participants may feel free to alter their teams in light of this, come December 5. ^^

MAJOR UPDATE!
The Tornoi de Royauté is officially an ORAS tournament! We know the stats of the new Megas, thanks to the datamining from the demo, so you can start planning your teams now!Even if we (somehow) manage to get 32 participants before then, the tournament will not start until December 5 at earliest, giving participants plenty of time to create their teams!
If anyone must withdraw in light of this update, due to not being able to get ORAS, you may do so!
