Emika tensed a little at the gym leader's... Admin's... question. She was slightly concerned about simply following this order, but figured "What's the worst that could happen?" and, after recalling her Pokemon minus Fen, she headed outside in order to see what Admin's course of action was...

Admin casually set a black case down on the floor, which contained 16 pokeballs. 'Of course it HAD to be Mack Bezzle this time, again... I thought that he promised not to do anymore illegal deals but noooo of course he tries to destroy Vermillion." Admin was muttering under his breath, tinkering with the case, until it opened up, holographic screens showing each of the pokemon contained in them. The selection seemed to be starters and misc. pokemon from various regions.
Charmander, Totodile, Mudkip, Turtwig, Oshawott, Froakie, Rowlet, Scorbunny, Tauros, Scyther, Ralts, Gligar, Venipede, Honedge, A.Vulpix and Impidimp have been chosen.

Clover meanwhile was searching through the data to try and see if there was anything hinting at where the black chip was created.
Fae walked into an empty field. It truly was empty as any trainer already there ran off upon seeing her. All the space she wanted, and she never had to speak a word.

She sent out her Pokemon and nodded at them. Excited, Yuki used her ice attacks to freeze the field, making an ice rink of sorts.

Clover looked at the Pokemon choices, before getting an idea. If whoever keeps sending Pokemon were using legendaries, she would need to use her own legendary. Fortunately she knew someone who did have one and would very gladly let her borrow it.
