Darreon continued his struggle against the trees, his beast form
fully in control. And now, his target, his prey was so close... If
he could get free, he could kill it, roar in victory. The
animalistic daemon gritted his teeth, pushed on the trees as hard
as he could to get free.
Kieran was absolutely done for the next while. He didn't care if he
knew what happened or not. Once he got to town, just straight up
noped and hurried back into his home, before promptly dozing off.
He suspected that some strange noise would wake him up, but if it
happened, it happened.
He roared, and resorted in proofing away his fire and flattening
his hood to wriggle out. He shot away as fast as possible, rasping
as tears of magma flowed down his face “my general. They’ll kill
him. Which means I need revenge” he growled, before burrowing
undergorund
Melody sat up in bed, breathing hard. She sighed. It was just a
nightmare. But who could blame her? She got out of bed and started
getting ready for school. Hopefully, today would be uneventful.
Hadrian had drama club, and her parents were working, so she
grabbed a banana, stuffed it in her backpack, and headed out to
school.
After stuffing himself with kiwi, Kieran headed off to clean the
school again. He was exhausted after yesterday's misadventure, and
needed some normalcy.
Darreon, recovering from his beast form slowly, lay in an alleyway,
his still massive bulk filling the entire space. He'd managed to
wriggle away just as Nightmare had burrowed away, leaving him with
no choice but to duck away, as he couldn't pursue his prey
underground. He'd found something that seemed to resonate with his
own mind, a small guitar. Having snatched it up with his long
tongue, he crept into the town and found somewhere to sleep.
Melody found the entrance and pushed open the doors, looking for
somewhere to hide until first period. She was kind of hoping to see
Kerian, but she didn't want to make anything wierd. Still,
though..why had he been there? And where had that racoon dog gone?
Why was it so intelligent? Melody was full of questions.
