So use your imagination!), barrier magic (like bubble shields and inviso walls), basically fireproof, higher than human cold resistance (shes not immune though), spiked prehensile tail, large heating gland throughout her wings (Can be triggered at will in both forms. high chance to burn, excluding stated resistances), and obvious dragon features in full form (sharp teeth, razor-sharp claws, tough, scaly skin. No horns though.)

Personality: Harsh and unforgiving, this freak of nature can see your true intentions and will act according to those.
Appearance: (Picture or description) A floating head with an uncountable amount of eyes, as well as the tentacles with eyes at the ends. Unlike other Beholders, this one has a set on tentacles at it's bottommost part, allowing it to grasp things.
Backstory: (completely optional) He was nearly killed when he first appeared, by another Beholder. He's sworn himself to simply defense against an attacker since that.
