Desmond headed off to his room, flopping down on the bed provided. "I cant lie Stoutland, this place is quite relaxing. He got back up and foraged through his bag, hanging up a sturdy hammock. "Think itll hold us both?" He questioned, laying in it, Stoutland soon following him up. "Alola rocks..."

The Weavile tugged at his trainer. "No" he tugged slightly harder "Strike, no" he gave a big final tug and fell backward "okay,okay. Let's go, but not for long" she strolled straight out. All her pokemon looked at her, and practically expected what she would say "Everyone, make sure I can see you at all times, you may be dark types but I'm not. I've bring the torch" the lot grumbled "just in case, so I can see you and you can see me if it gets too dark. And finally, no stealing. It's been awhile but I'm not taking chances" they began to set off on a walk

At night, things were still pretty busy, and unbeknownst to most, the champion was on the streets as well, walking with his cloak on and hood up.

Desmond and Stoutland had been fast asleep in the hammock for quite some time. Desmond rolled out, getting an idea. "Stoutland come on...we'll head out under the cover of night to devise some strategy."

Strolling through the night, Shion took a seat by the entrance to the resort. Not having taken any Pokemon with, Shion simply observed those still out and about in the night. A lady with an Alolan Ninetails caught Shion's attention briefly but thoughts of the tournament pushed it away

Aurora barked at the sight of the champion, and Aurelia laughed quietly, "Ah no Aurora, leave him be—" But before Aurelia could finish her sentence the Alolan Ninetails had already dashed over to say hi. Aurelia tutted quietly, shaking her head. She was almost sure that the man, the champion himself, wouldn't like to be interrupted now. Wrought with ire at her pokemon's antics, Aurelia turned to find a young male briefly turn away from looking at her. She quirked an eyebrow questioningly, but his bright violet eyes and grass-green hair gave away nothing. Mentally rolling her eyes, she went up to gently urge the fox away without using words.

The champion nearly knocked out the approaching Ninetales with a chop to the snout, grabbing his own arm to stop his reflexes "A Ninetales...?" The voic could have belonged to a graveller. He let the fox sniff his hand.

Wincing at a very sudden loud yell, Shion sighed. Well there goes the peaceful night. Rolling the Pokenav around loosely, Shion wondered if there was any way to obtain earplugs. Some of these people were really quite rowdy something people wouldn't assume from so e of the toughest trainer's. "Coordinators really do have it easier, huh?"
