Corali glanced over at the much younger female in question, taking a moment to read her body language, before nodding in agreement. Although, she did find it a tad odd that they’d let merfolk as young as her up to the surface, considering such rumours. Despite this, Cora decided not to question something that was completely out of her control. Besides, they were just rumours, right?

A pearl... It was an interesting choice. He smiled and contemplated what to do. Being braided into his hair sounded nice he decided and grabbed a small bit from his overgrown left side and began to braid the pearl in.

"I used to." Zari unties her hair and dries it as well, in just a few minutes she was completely dry. Zari put on her sweater and shorts and collects her things

Some movement in the distance caught her attention. Squinting her eyes, she could just about see what looked to be a pair of figures on the beach. Daringly, she inched closer, not by much, but enough to decide that they looked human. Being still quite far out, she relied on the gentle waves to conceal her position as they rolled over the top of her head every so often.
