I'd go with either riolu, either lucario either zorua.

Zorua can change shapes so it would be really cool to have ~ Riolu and Lucario can use auras so they could help me a lot :3

Oh! This is a hard one!
Probably Mewtwo, because then he could technically 'create' the other pokemon through cloning, and because he's just super cool. :P

I'd probably pick Bidoof, Turtwig or Flareon, since their my top 3 favorite Pokemon.
