@Liliac, yeah it doesn't really look like pixel art. Pixel art usually has really small, definite pixels you can distinguish. That piece is very large and so they don't look like pixels.
Also, if you line with pixels you should also color & shade with pixels.

I really like it as well, but I do agree w/ furr about the crown thing tho. I also think the wings looks a bit too 'smooth', I think it's be better if the shading went under the feathers as well, if you know what i mean -i'm not good at explaining things haha

Myamoo547 - Your dragon looks great! As for critiques, I think maybe just make the shadows a little more defined next time since it seems to blend in a little too much w/the reg colour :o
@~Dcasom~ - I love that you're just doing so much more animation now ahaha, it's great! I got a good laugh from it x)
ThtGayGuy - You may have tried something new, but you definitively pulled it off! the pupper is gorgeous! and so is that pixel style! idk about critique though since it looks absolutely lovely to me ♥ if anything I guess, maybe just the lineart going towards the shoulderblades to be a little lighter so it blends a little more? :O
goomybr; I think you just need a little more shading/dark lines! your fusion looks great right now though!

i kinda agree with everyone else- that doesn't look like pixel art ovo? If it is, try colouring it with the pixel brush instead of normal brushes

@Liliac, how so? And that is not pixel art. It looks like You used a line tool or single-pixel brush to make the outline, then filled it in with colour in your art program of choice. The pupils were made with a rounded-edged brush and further disprove your statement. Tips on making pixel art: use the magnifying glass and zoom in until you cry, use a 1 pixel pencil tool if you've got it. And only use that to colour/line.
Edit: This will further explain your pencil tool then.

@Teyedy, again, I like how you did the adopt. Unfortunately, what I think of is "mob baddies" in video games that get whacked for small amounts of EXP when I look at it ^^;
@Kelp, PUPPY. I love your brush strokes, and also subject matter is a quiet screech in itself (fab work on Noir's pokesona too, like whoa)

Help! Is there a tip on cleaner lines on Paint Tool Sai? Like a setting or something? I tried finding one, but I'm just not happy with the results. There's at least a little blur to the things I try. Is it sai or my settings? All my stuff should be default, except a few extra brushes I found online.

The fingers look off to me? maybe it's because it's a perfect curve instead of being slightly uneven-

the stabilizer is key! set it to 15, so you can have smooth lines and still be free to do certain things (like sharp edges) and S-7 for absolute smoothness. If you mean smooth lines as in the blur? I don't know how to help that, it seems that all lines have that, except pixel? Edit: Maybe try using smaller sizes for the lines?
