As KittyMeow said, you can obtain them in rumbles...however they're a rare object to find, so you will not get them always (or at least very frequently). Also, if you see that you don't get any in sometime, you can always buy them from another user :)

If it is not listed here, then it is most likely the same as the official games.

Gloweon will evolve into it's light or dark form depending on the time of the day - daytime is it's light form, nighttime is it's dark form.

yes i have a Qs on here about sliggo evo to goodra he/she need to be at lvl 50 ot higher and need to rain right on here do's it evo on it own or do i have to sent he/she in the rumble areas??? this info well help me vary much pl and ty :D (Y)

it needs to be raining for Sliggoo to evolve into Goodra so watch the Weather Castform
so no it doesn't need to rumble to evolve just needs to be interacted with when it is raining and level up one more time in the rain

Additionally - This is the Castform KittyMeow is referring to :)
Whenever it appears in the top right corner, your Sliggoo should evolve into Goodra (when higher than level 50)
