ma sad jr. is lvl 66 nd jolly jr. just reached lvl 20 and they still haven't combined.

are they supposed to be on the same lvl or something?

You're supposed to "give permission" on their private pokémon profile ;)
There should be a nice green bar, with some flavour text and a link you can click so they'll combine :)

It evolves by time of day. In the daytime, it'll evolve one way, while it'll evolve the other way during the night.

How do you evolve the event pokemon flower girl? I tried using a sun stone like you do for the normal pokemon.. But it didn't work O.o

How do you evolve shelmet? I tried trading but it didn't work.. Does it need to be holding something?

If you have a Shelmet (in your party) and someone trades you a Karrablast (for a random pokémon) the Karrablast will evolve, not your Shelmet ;)

If it gets too confusing, you can always go to the Trade Evolution Station where Liirah and I help users with their trade-evolutions :)

How do you evolve witch vulpix? (i really think event pokemon should be added to the main post for the ones that you can't evolve like the normal pokemon)

Witch Vulpix evolves with a dusk stone. It is there on the main post. Just click on the show hidden content under the stone.
