1. before you start drawing, make a "drawing in progress" post! then, when you are done, edit your finished product in! this allows any other users to wait until you are done so your additions are "saved" and they can add onto your final product.

2. one at a time—only post and start drawing if no one else is drawing! check to see that the last person's post is not "drawing in progress." if the most recent user is currently drawing, simply wait and check in another time! this ensures that everyone's doodles get added into the final image without skipping over anyone.

3. please upload your finished image as a transparent image! if your program cannot do this, download the non-transparent version then run it through another software that can transparent the empty pixels!

3.1. please do not use pure white when drawing/coloring! pure white is (255, 255, 255) in RGB and #ffffff in hexadecimal! we do not want accidental transparenting from other artists after you of your character's eyes or other whites!

4. add one character only per user! and try not to make them too big! this leaves enough space for other people to add their character :)

4.1. you may make multiple posts to make extra additions to the rooms and your character, but you may not double post! this is to give other artists a chance too! additionally, when you make extra edits, remember the one character per user rule! please do not add more than one character. you may modify your existing character, but please do not have more than one in the artwork!

5. please avoid modifying other people's characters! try not to draw on or change other people's characters. you may add or draw on the room details of others, but please try not to touch their lovely characters!

6. free reign for the artists after you, abiding by pokeheroes rules of course. only add your character if you are okay with other characters interacting with them!

7. please don't take too long! you have 48 hours after posting to edit your additions in. this is plenty of time for a character and some details. if you do not make it in time, please notify me or i will politely send you a message! if you take too long, you will be skipped, or even banned from posting if you continuously take too long. you may also post a "cancel" message anytime during your 48 hours to stop your turn and let the next artist go.

8. you are free to edit or remove some of my lineart! for example, if your character is sitting on a chair, you can remove the part of the chair that they are covering.

9. please avoid making changes such as quality downgrade or canvas size change! if this occurs, i will temporarily pause the art chain and reach out to the artist to try and fix this issue!!
