I seen people already have it's evolutions and it's wiki is not there yet at all. So do you know about how to evolve puddy

Puddy evolves though level.
Puddoo evolves with a Whipped Dream.

Angel, i also encountered that too but i realised that every Puddy evolve on different level ,not certain level. Perhaps yours Puddy could be late bloomer on evolve. Bcs mine evolve to Puddoo at level 15 while the other one evolve at lvl 48

Whipped Dream are part of the Item Shop rotation, so they may appear there some day :) Until then, you can get them from Mystery Boxes and the GTS/Item Market.

How do you evolve it? I tried giving it a whipped dream and waited til it leveled up but still nothing happened.. am I doing something wrong??.

Still don't know, its almost as if it would've been a good idea to specify how it evolves in the announcement, you dont even have to say what it IS, just evolution requirements.
