But some players attempted to claim the reward many, many times (10,000-times+). This is clearly not accidental and is a violation of said rule. Hence why some users unfortunately had to be reminded of our rules, in the form of a perma-ban, temp-ban or warning (depending on severity). If no such thing happened to you by now, then it's alright and I assume you weren't doing anything harmful on purpose.

i heard from a from that their exploited game chips (~190k) have been removed, so others' extra game chips should also logically have been deleted and back to normal :)

I tried to get the reward and it never gave it to me I had to wait another day to get the reward

it shows only 5 doors opened when i completed the 6 th door too and i didn't get the 5 th door gift will i get fixed
