Maybe include a screenshot of your Item Bag, so we can see there are no more Ice Stones?

Here is the screenshot of my item bag. I had total 261 ice stone yesterday then I sold 100 and page strucked so I refreshed the page again by doing this 100 more ice stone got decreased from my bag but money is same as before. Can't admin check my history or data base? Because I don't have anything except this so maybe raiko can check my all history/data base so he would know I am not lying and what solution can be made. Please

I also encountered this glitch at least twice by now. First time I lost all the items and didn’t get money, but when this happened again, I just reloaded the page and it pretty much fixed it, now showing proper items sold page instead of just… a page with nothing on it, similar to when you try to check out a suggestion thread that hasn’t been approved yet. I actually mentioned this bug in one of my posts before, it’s not a new thing.

For now I don't think there's any actual solution, but returning to the last page and selling the items 'again' gave me the PD.

Make sure the Ice Stones are no longer in your inventory, confirming the sale went through.

Right now I had a major problem in the game and i wanted to know if i should make a forum about it on the bugs page, or if i have to talk directly with someone.

in short i sold a bunch of items at emera item shop. The items were taken from the bag, but the pd didn't got to my bank, after i hit "sell items" the page went blanc, nothing appeard, and the pd never got to me. And it was a big soum, like 117,000 pd +/-

i sold a bunch of items and got nothing...that's not fun

edit: another infos

I was using the pc version on Microsoft Edge,
date: 19 feb 2025 (feb 19th) at 13:45 ish (pokeheros time zone)
i remember some of the itens i sold but not all of them

the ones I remember:
2 up grade
1 doubious disk
2 electrizer
1 reaper cloth
2 scroll of water (or dark)
5 scroll of darkness (or water)
5 spray duck
7 blue meteorite
I remember also selling some of the batle items? (carbos, iron, but I don't remmember wich of them or how many)

and some of the items i don't remember at all just that the total amount of pd that said in the shop I would recive was above 100,000

I ahde this happen to me too. I tried selling over 400 gems worth 40,000 pd in the sell_items tab and got nothing from it but my gems are gone as you can see the 400 gems that where 'sold' aren't in my transactions. But the one gem I did too see if it was the site went through.

But I just lost over 40,000 pd cause the 400 gems I wanted to sell didn't give me the pd I am owed.

It gave me a white tab when I clicked sell and when I refreshed the page the gems where gone but no pd from it.

I have just experienced this bug a few hours ago. I tried selling Lemonade, Soda Pop, and Honey - all of which totalled over 100K in Pokedollars. While the items were removed, the Pokedollars were not received.
"I lost my shoe."
