I haven't encountered a single Retro Gastly/Haunter/Gengar the past two days; unlike last year, where I'd find at least 2-4 a day. I've seen a few other people mention this as well.

Yesterday, I did most of my Trick-or-Treats at level 4, and the rest at level 5. Today, I did most at level 6, and three at level 7. (I have all the upgrades). No encounters.

I'm not sure if this is a bug, or intentional, but either way, the current encounter rate is far too low.

EDIT: I've seen multiple people at ToT Level 3 or less with 2-3 encounters a day. It seems that encounter rates are higher at lower levels.

EDIT 26/10: All trick-or-treats done at level 9, 1 Retro Gengar encounter

EDIT 27/10: All trick-or-treats done at level 9, no encounters

EDIT 28/10: All trick-or-treats done at level 9, 1 Retro Gengar encounter

EDIT 29/10: Most trick-or-treats done at level 9, 2 Retro Gastly encounter, 3 trick-or-treats done at level 10, 1 Retro Gastly encounter

EDIT 30/10: All trick-or-treats done at level 10, 1 Retro Gastly and 2 Retro Haunter encounters

EDIT 31/10: All trick-or-treats done at level 10, 1 Retro Gastly and 1 Retro Gengar encounter

EDIT 02/11: All ToTs at level 10, 3 encounters today and 2 yesterday

Did most trick or treat at level 4,5 yesterday no encounter, about 10 untill now at level 6 today no encounters…for me as well

My trick or treats yesterday were split among levels 3, 4, and 5 and today has been level 5 only..
Still none for me this year either

I've found 3 and I'm currently level 3, which is what I caught two of them on. Maybe it's just bad luck?

I’m at level six, and I’ve done the max amount of trick or treating every day, but I’ve only encountered one retro in all that time (which escaped, of course).

I’m sure this is a bug and should be fixed, I’ve had zero encounters till now and I’m al level 8, doing max no. Of trick or treats daily that I could.

Edit : got a ghastly encounter right after posting this but that’s all.

I dont want to ruin your mood, but I am level 4 and have T&T on 3 days for now, and encountered 2 Retro Gastly. I think it's just bad luck and not a bug. Like the Galar rumble, where I would get 3 feathers in 1 week, and then nothing for 2 months.

There’s still 10 days hope I get a gengar too lol

But encounter rates still seem lower, they could be increased I believe

I wasn’t here last year, it I’m level 5 trick or treating, and I’ve only gotten 1 retro. (Gengar)

Ever since the event started, I have only encountered 6 retros :/
Last year, I encountered much more retros. Is there something wrong?

I've only encountered 3 after doing the max number of trick or treats every day, and they've all fled immediately..
