"Stop...f*cking...shaking me, god damn it..." Artem grumbled, trying to back away slightly. "Calm down..."
"Oh. Sorry." Pat pat. Acid stood up, holding her bat on her shoulder, grinning. "C'mon, Artem!" She grabbed his arm, racing out of the room.
before Kyoko could finish her sentence, the. two and already disappeared from the room.
Reagan stood up quickly, furisusly tapping at her phone's screen. She pocketed it, pulling her baseball cap lower.
"I'm getting out of here."
Kyoko stood up.
"R-reagan! W-wait-"

His classmates surrounding his desk dispersed, murmuring amongst themselves, both in confusion and wonder. Wondering if this was a prank, and in confusion, that if this was a prank, why did the school make it out of the blue?
Jing Yu thought the same, but the school wasn't the type of make such cliche joke out of the middle of nowhere though. But who was he to comment about it. What if it were true?
"Aiyaaaa... Xiao Yu, you'll protect me right?" Jing Yu joked as he gave his puppy dog eyes, pouting, but facing the opposing gaze of determination, he was momentarily flabbergasted, before he broke out into a chuckle
"Alright alrighttt, yea, let's survive this nonsense together shall we Xuanxuan?" This time, Jing Yu matched Yu Xuanji's determination with a bright smile.
One that meant that they'll have eachothers back no matter what.

Feeling intent gazes digging into the back of her neck, XuanJi lowered her head and made for her desk again, attention, about her most hated thing in the world.
What is a Zombie Apocalypse was actually happening? Would everyone be in danger? Would the school go on lockdown? Could this really be similar to the things she had read about: the disease-Covid 19? Her brain was filled with thoughts, unlike her normal dazes, she was just lost in thought. XuanJi soon realised that she was standing still about right in the middle of the classroom. She flinched and kept heading towards her desk, the room was totally so cold that it sent a shiver down her spine, totally, she convinced herself.
He couldn't help but wonder, what if this wasn't a prank? What if a Zombie Apocalypse had actually begun? What would happen to him? To other people around him.
What would happen to them?
Jing Yu sneered uncharacteristically, the two love birds of a parent would probably die in eachothers arms, still oh filled with love only for eachother. Who knows. It was none of his business. He has no place in their lives anyways.
He shook his head, now was not the time to get negative, Jing Yu thought to himself, forcing a smile on his lips.
"Yea! Everything will be fine!" He whispered cheered to himself!
‘Big Fish, what do you think?’ XuanJi sent a message over to Jing Yu. She then scrolled through her tabs until she found the one about a disease that had happened: Covid 19.
Some people during that pandemic time had thought it wasnt serious, until lots and lots of people died due to it, that everyone started to realise the seriousness and severity. Thoughts plagued her head once more as she waited Jing Yu’s response.
Well. That meant one of two things: Either the PSA was a prank, or- the much worse- option, that the zombies were only on the lower floors.
Kyoko stumbled after Reagan, who's seemed to be making a beeline towards... somewhere. Instead of trying to go up the stairs as the person on the intercoms had suggested, she was going downwards.

Jing Yu glanced up from his phone, immediately looking back to the corner of the classroom, where a familiar black hair girl had her head down, typing.
Jing Yu's lips quirked up, and without saying a thing, with his slender fingers, he typed away.
Now that Jing Yu thought about it, if it were truly real, how in the actual world would they survive? WIth a sudden chill that struck upon him, he quickly switched to another tab on his phone, and searched a few articles up online, scavenging for information. Any information that could prove the prank to be actually, true. But what are even the chances of it actually happening?
To his horror..
Oh no.
"They're heading for the exits." Acid whispered. She didn't know why she whispered...maybe because it was fitting since everything else was dead silent.
"That's...smart-"
"Well, we're going up to the fifth floor. So whatever is down there doesn't get us up here." Acid said, still grinning.
"Yeah...yeah."
"Don't worry."
"I'm no-"
"I'd happily bash some zombie skulls in."
Artem sighed.
A few of her classmates were coughing by the door, the rest backing away from them in concern. She sat in her seat by the window, bemused. This was either the most ridiculous hoax ever, or her classmates were about to give her a plague. She stood, slinging her backpack over her shoulders, mind made up. Mei Xiu needed to reach the fifth floor. She was on the third floor. The door was likely not an option.
Without thinking, she opened a window and climbed out, ignoring a feeble shout of protest from her teacher, who looked as if he was about to faint. The bricks were barely wide enough for a handhold, but Mei Xiu carefully inched her way to a ledge. Her strength from dance was the only thing keeping her up here.
It was a laborious process. Hand over hand, she grabbed the bricks, praying her fingers wouldn't slip. Her toes had similarly thin footholds, as if she was perpetually tiptoeing on thon air. She swung herself over to the ledge, feeling relief as her feet touched solid ground again. She hoisted herself up to the section of the roof above. The ridge was thin, but balance was second nature for Mei Xiu. She imagined she was dancing across the beam back towards the window as she crossed the pass. With a well-timed side aerial, she leapt for the windowsill of the fourth floor, hands grasping at the molding, and pulling herself up. She peered through the window of where she had emerged. The classroom was empty, the lights were off, and the contents of the wastebasket were scattered across the room. Strange.
She could replicate the maneuver she had just done, as there was no ledge between the fourth and fifth floors. Mei Xiu chanced a glance downwards, immediately regretting her decision. She heard sounds from the classroom below that she had just left; girls screaming, footsteps pounding, a strange hissing sound.
Taking off her backpack, she grabbed a textbook, and smashed in the window. It only took two swings for the glass to shatter, and she crept into the classroom. At least physics was good for something. She was as stealthy as someone who had just shattered a school window could be. Mei Xiu knew there was a staircase to her left, about two hundred meters away. Peering out the door, the halls looked empty. With her backpack, she could be there in a minute. But first, Mei Xiu took off her sneakers, knotting the laces together. It would make her footsteps quieter, and provide her with a semi-ranged weapon. She grabbed a stapler from the teacher's desk and jammed it in one of the shoes. She swung it once, encouraged by the weight. It wasn't so different from some of the props from her dance routines.
She edged the door open, cringing at the creak, and entered the hallway. A quick 360 confirmed that no one was up here. Her bare feet ran down the hall, and fumbled for the door into the stairwell. She was almost there.

Right now, the sounds of coughing that came from the ends of the hallways seemed especially loud. Jing Yu sat still, completely frozen, mimicking the daze that Yu Xuanji would often have, but unlike her eyes which we often empty, his were shaking.
It was only until a buzz erupted from his phone did he snap back into reality.
His fingers tapped his phone screen almost like lightning.
Despite both inwardly and outwardly panicking, Jing Yu wasn't really hopeless. He.. always have hope, no matter what. Thus without further ado, he stood up from his desk and walked across the room to Yu Xuanji's and tapped her desk.
"C'mon Lil Fish, it's time to swim away!"
Like always, Jing Yu had a blinding smile on his face.

“We can’t it’s too dangerous. I think everyone needs to stay together here. Unless… we can go a way that no one else passes or even knows of, but… well…” XuanJi glanced at the window for a second, then turned her gaze on Jing yu. “It’s too risky.”
The noise outside was getting louder, coughing and breaking of glass. XuanJi stood up and headed for the door, closing it tight and locking it, then putting a chair and table against it.
And running…
and came to a stop.
The scene was brutal, here ob the second floor. The hallways, after a certain point, were splattered with blood, as the coughing and groaning of the zombies rang out from the hall beyond.
Kyoko stared in horror.
“…what in the world…”
Regan grimaced and turned away.

"...What should we do then? I mean, it's not like we can stay in here forever...We'll starve to death!" Jing Yu exclaimed, with a flurry of his arms. "How did the news not find this out sooner...!"
He talked louder unconsciously, as if he was attempting to block out the coughing and crashing from downstairs. Unfortunately, his attempt was futile.
'Thank god I charged my phone last night..' Jing Yu taps open his phone again, thankfully there was still service, thus there wasn't a problem with getting communication.
XuanJi then walked towards a random chair, and ripped off a chair leg (aggressiveness>everything). The window would be easy to smash, but the were on the 3rd floor, they couldn’t just jump down, Jing Yu would have a plan… right?
Unfortunately to Yu Xuanji's hopeful expectations, Jing Yu was of no help at all. He may be a smart guy, but he is also not a smart guy, if you get the gist of it.
Anyways, Jing Yu pockets his smartphone into his jacket pockets, before walking near the teachers desk and grabbing 3 yard sticks and some duck tape, clearly with some plan in mind.
He binds the 3 yard stick together to create a sturdy spear-ish type thing, before showing it off to Yu Xuanji with a blinding grin.
"Hey check this out Xiao Yu! Isn't this much better than just a chair leggg?~" Jing Yu teased, he puffed out his chest and bragged about his 'genius' idea.
Sighing, XuanJi went over to a notice board and tore off its metal frame, then ‘stealing’ the duck tape Jing Yu just used, used the tape to make a handle, it was kinda sharp like a sword. She grinned. “How do we get back up here after we come back? Climbing the pipes? Or something? Smartypants?” XuanJi asked, half joking, half serious. The zombies were bound to be around the bottom few stories, and they won’t be too far from them at this point.
When they were outside, would they need to kill the zombies, but, the zombie used to be humans… XuanJi pushed the thought to the back of her head and looked at Jing Yu for a response.
Then, something clicked in her head and she brightened, the best weapon in a classroom: scissors, every classroom was bound to have some! XuanJi hurried over to some drawers and rummaged through them, she found a pair of scissors. Then, with brute force, XuanJi split the Scissors into two halves. She used some more tape to make a ‘scabbard’ for the two parts of the scissors and handed one to Jing Yu. “This should be the best weapon, right?” She smirked. “It seems that I am smarter”
One of the lights on the ceiling flickered.
Mei Xiu could see the office she needed to enter and she surged forth, running towards it. Flinging open the door, she burst through the door, hands in the air.
"I did it. I played your stupid survival game. Are we done now?"
