Meet at the outskirts of the farmlands, at Iniu Barn. Quickly. An assistant will be there to guide you on what to do next.

Yawen felt the vibration, pulling out her phone and reading the message quickly. “Ah, I guess we can do this another time.. we should get going!”

”Mysterious… surprising… and law-defying… Isn’t that right?”

Before glancing at the passing message that came from his phone, before nodding curtly at everyone. "Yes, let's go."

Ami's training was complete as she was making her way to the farmlands with the other adventurers joining in as well, "Off to the farmlands then", Ami said as she grabbed her bow and arrow and started to head off to the farmlands. "I wonder what's going on at the farmlands? Only time will tell", Ami said.

Kat didn't seem too into the meet-and-greet and simply brushed off the reprimands others had given her with an aloof shrug. "I want to make sure we're using our time in the best way possible, is all." Though she did feel a little bad at how discouraged the foxian had looked. These people were all clearly trying their best, even if they had different priorities than she did when it came to allocation of energy. She could and probably should go off on her own, but something stopped her, despite how inefficient working on a team was beginning to look. Just talk to someone. Say something. It's not that hard. But she didn't, instead taking notes in her mind and pretending not to be interested in what the others seemed to be talking about.

But thankfully, Lady Iwu had another lead for them, that would likely be much more fruitful than all this milling about. Kat didn't like not having a plan. "I can always see if the weather station has a database we can query later." She didn't feel like running (even in combat, she preferred to slow others down to her own leisurely pace), but she tried her best to keep the group in sight, drone following behind. "I don't go this far from the residential district often," she admitted. "But I imagine this heat can't be good for the crops."

Azazel sighed and looked at his text. It appeared he had to go over to the barn. He started walking there, looking up at the sky. It was hot out today, as most days were with a drought. He didn’t seem to be in too much of a rush to get to the outskirts of the farmlands.

(Skip to everyone being at the Barn for convenience purposes)

Waiting for them at the barn was a young woman wearing long dress pants and a light blouse. Her hair was neatly kept in a tight bun. When she saw the last person arrive, she spoke quickly, jotting something down on her clipboard.

“I am Lady Iwu’s assistant, Anhu. I’ll be the one overseeing you mostly. I actually used to do this myself but I was underprepared, and it didn’t end well for my team..” Anhu laughed nervously, before continuing “But you all look more than prepared. A group of monsters have recently become very active just south of here, and we think there might be something crucial to be found. Your job is to take care of that, and report any findings”

Ahh.. so they were fighting some monsters too?

Ayran mused to himself, before smiling brightly at Assistant Anhu, and shook her hand politely. "Understood, we'll do just that."

Personally, Ayran thinks his fighting skills aren't too shabby, as being a merchant, there will always be some greedy thieves who would try to steal from his shop. So how did Ayran deal with them? If he can't persuade them to leave peacefully, then force is the only way to go unfortunately. So, soon, no matter what area he's in, he'd gain a reputation that he shouldn't be messed with.

Though never did he imagine that he'd be called in for his combat skills. Was he that well known? Ayran shugged to himself. Maybe.

Ami grabbed her bow and arrow as she prepared herself for the battle, "Be careful everyone", Ami said with caution as she gets herself ready to strike and take down the monsters, she looked at the other adventurers and asked, "Isn't anyone going to assist each other in destroying those monsters, because these monsters are relentless".

Val looked at everyone, then retreated to a more shadowy place in the Barn, he’d much prefer to not talk to anyone.

Soliana looked at Anhu, slightly annoyed that they’d be needed to fight, healing was her specialty and fighting… well… she is good enough to protect herself, barely, but she is noooo way as good a fighter as probably everyone else. Soliana looked embarrassed and sighed to herself, no one probably even needed healing as they were probably able to fend for themselves.

Ayran let go of assistant Anhu's hand and turned his head to the south's direction, before looking back at the group, smirking lightly. "Shall we go then? Time isn't waiting for nobody."

He didn't know the specialties of anyone yet, but from the way some held their expressions did give away some clues of their fighting styles, whether they are more cautionist or more rash.

“Let’s just get rid of the monsters already. The sooner we get there the faster the battle will start.” Azazel said to the group. He was obviously ready to go fight something. That seemed to be what his personality was centered around. Fighting stuff. He was waiting for a response from anyone else.

Ayran smiled at Azazel, patted him on the shoulder with his gloved hands, "Pretty much my exact thoughts. So do you want to head out together then?"

Ayran could fight both long and short range, but unfortunately, he isn't 2 people, so it's best for him to join and team up with someone to make use of the best of his abilities. Azazel, in Ayran's eyes looked like a good short-term teammates. So if his gut feeling isn't wrong, perhaps they could work well together. Perhaps.

Even if they couldn't Ayran is positive that with his powers alone, he could carry the both of them.

But hey, that has a low chance of occuring, as Ayran prides himself as being quite flexible. Plus, they both don't like wasting time, so that's a plus.

“Fighting… I’m not the best at it, but I’m sure that we can all handle it!” Yawen said, her tail swishing lightly.

“It seems like everyone understands the assignment. Report your findings to the chief investigator’s office in the governmental district. From that, we’ll be able to figure you what you will all need to do next.” She bowed, then left rather quickly.

Ami said, "Okay everyone, ATTACK!", Ami started to run hoping that the other adventurers will join in on the battle, she grabbed her first arrow and placed it on the bow prepared herself to find the mystery thing to hit the arrow on, "Come on, focus Ami!", Ami said to herself.

Val was thinking about standing at the side, watching everyone, he was much better fighting alone, so he’ll step in if or when they needed help, but meanwhile he could send his firey Phoenix to help out a little.

Soliana was going to watching from the side too, she didn’t really know how she’ll be of use or help so she can sent her silver butterflies over to provide small buffs and constant healing for those who needed them.
