Kat followed along reluctantly, squinting at the sun and using her
bowler hat to fan herself. "The weather station? Ugghhh, what do
they have there that we can't just look up for ourselves?" she
whined. She didn't have scales that would dry out or fur to get
messed up, but that didn't mean she was enjoying the climate,
especially considering how much of a shut-in she was. "Though I
wonder if our current instruments and methods are even suited to
measuring these temperatures..."
"If you'd like to complain, there are many paths I can recommend
that we aren't taking, so you can branch off on your own." She
smiled at Kat, but it was more of a slight threat than anything.
She wouldn't deal with people who acted exhausted or entitled this
early in the game. "So, tell me about yourselves!"

“Well… it was only a suggestion…” Her ears flattened against the
back of her head. “Do you have a better one?” She didn’t consider
herself the most innovative, so she was open to ideas.
”Mysterious… surprising… and law-defying… Isn’t that
right?”
Ayran tsks. He was a grumpy person in general, so if someone sasses
at him, it was only natural for him to sass back. If he didn't,
it'll bother him the rest of the day.
"If you don't want to come along, then don't come along. Simple as
that."
As much as Ayran wanted to be polite with it, what can you do with
someone who has earned himself less than 5 hours of sleep? Take the
sass back, that's it.
Aria Grace giggled and waved her hand dismissively. "I just like
knowing about anyone else I meet is all!" She was very graceful in
her movements, leading the group to the weather station. "I'd love
to get to know you."

Ayran turned his eyes away from Kat annoyed and tired before
turning to look at the vace that was in Shinko's hand that Yawen
pointed out.
As Ayran is an experienced merchant, he could easily tell the
quality and price of such vase from just a glance. "Don't worry
about it, the material the vase is made out of isn't easy to break
nor extremely expensive. Just quite rare in the area and good to
look at that's all. He won't break it unless he really wanted
to."
Ayran comforted Yawen offhandedly, it felt nice doing his job and
observing various materials. Plus, just for his own sanity, he was
going to ignore the fact that he most likely, stole it.
As mentioned previously, he has received less than 5 hours of
sleep. With that miniscule amount of sleep Ayran has, it definitely
wasn't enough to deal with whatever quirks Shinko had.
Crispe smirked at the introduction. She seemed to admire Shinko for
no reason. Maybe because he's cool and funky like her. She shook
her head out of frustration, wanting to keep her mind on the task,
and looked at the old vase instead. The vase was absolutely
stunning. Crispe's eyes lit with wonder and greed. It was so
eyecatching!
"Pfft-" Aria Grace laughed lightheartedly, patting Shinko's arm.
"You're a very lively one! I like you, you're quite amusing." The
highest compliment any stranger could receive from her. "What about
you?" She turned to Yawen.

"I know! I'm a very amusing person. It's one of my 101 incredible
qualities, working in tandem with my amazing looks, perfect hair,
great skin, charming personality, whimsical mannerisms and so, so
much more!"
"Ah? You run that shop? The owner of the bakery has mentioned you
before." Ayran smiled, just at the thought of food makes him kind
of hungry.
"Anyways, as you've already know. I am a pretty successful merchant
who just appeared in the area running on less than 5 hours of
sleep. And I go and visit many places to do business for more years
I could count honestly." Though he did very much want to retire,
but unfortunately he didn't have the funds necessary yet.
"That must be so lovely!" She was happy getting to know everyone
more. "I'm very glad to have met you all!" She purposefully dodged
talking about herself.

“Ah— they have? Good things, I hope. They’re really too kind..” She
was clearly a bit embarrassed about the mortifying ordeal of being
known. “What about you, Aria Grace?”
”Mysterious… surprising… and law-defying… Isn’t that
right?”
"Hm? Oh, I just do- traveling business. Things like that." How
vague. She tried to hide her status as best she could, since she
was lucky enough for no one to recognize her when they saw her.
Then again, she didn't usually look like a librarian on stage when
she danced, so there was that as well. Hopefully no one would press
further. She had no excuses locked in yet.

“Oh, you do? My parent’s always wanted me to travel, but I’ve never
really had the desire to go out of the city. I guess this is my big
adventure” She laughed.
”Mysterious… surprising… and law-defying… Isn’t that
