I keep clicking on the Xes and it won't stop the notifications. Treat me like your grandpa who needs a full picture guide with big red circles to understand where to click and show me where to click.

I am begging for a picture guide for complete idiots, I can't find how to leave this group chat I was added into without being asked first.

You click on the name of the group chat you were in and click the 'x' by your name. You should be able to leave that way. Sorry there's no pictures, I don't have time to get some right now.

But... There isn't ANY x next to my name??? Or even picture.

I've tried clicking EVERY visible x anywhere in the palpad stuff and none of them took me out of the group. This is literally why I need the picture.

Click on the group name and check if adding/removing members from group is set to 'Everyone'

If it's set to 'Admin', change it to 'Everyone' if you are the admin of the group
Or ask the admin to remove you if you aren't one

If it's 'Everyone' then I believe you should be able to see the 'x' right next to your name
Edit: You can't remove yourself if you're an admin of the group

Don't mind me, just floating around here and there, once in a while :3

I FOUND IT!

All the instructions I found before said I was looking for the x next to my name, not to first click on the name of the group and I'd find the x next to my name there. I had to read through the palpad bugs thread to find clear instructions that the search function didn't bring up.

Sorry guys, I thought it was in the palpad chat window itself or in a section of the settings I couldn't find.

Last second edit because Rice ninja'd me: Thank you so much for the "click on the group name" part that I realized I was missing! And for explaining how the group thing works in general so I don't have to ask more questions!
