Kaori allowed herself to be dragged away by Lucinda, only turning around to glare at Julius. She nodded and turned back around, following Lucinda.

Lucinda made sure that the boy can’t hear them no matter how well their hearing was. “So, Athena, Kaori, we need to hurry, the minister definitely saw us when we, i mean I, was arguing with Julius. We don’t know how much he heard but either way it’s not good. We need to make our move soon, I can ask my sister but she probably won’t be on our side… especially because she isn’t dead and can’t roam the underworld except the government offices.” Lucinda gazed in that direction.

Ethan stood there for a minute, before saying, "I've been thinking about leaving. I dunno if it's even possible, but... I wanted to at least try. Am I crazy for thinking that there's even a way out?"

Kaori narrowed her eyes suspiciously. How much had he heard? And she wasn't so sure about trusting him yet. She faced Lucinda and whispered (quietly enough that Ethan can't hear, but Lucinda can), "How sure are you that we can trust him? After all, he was spying, and spying implies intent."


She kept a hand on her katana hilt. Once Friday came around, and Ethan wasn't alone, she was prepared to fight.

Kaori waited on a tree (totally not to spite Lucinda), keeping a hand on her hilt. When were the others coming? Athena, Lucinda, Ethan. Hopefully, they would be left alone, otherwise she was prepared for some executions.

Emiru began to wonder around, having not slept in days.
She took out the dagger she had found in an alley the day before.

Ahead was the hand sign girl sitting in a tree, katana in hand. She saw a stranger appear from around a tree.

Not wanting to bother her, Emiru walked off, then stopped at a point where she wasn’t visible.
‘Ah. Super hearing, I forgor’

Lucinda jumped from another tree and emerged from the leaves, she rustled her bow which turned into a sword and pointed it at Ethan. “Anyone else with this guy? Or else I’ll decapitate him.” Lucinda asked hotly. She saw Emiru in the distance, she was with Julius the other day, but the others weren’t here yet.
