Some, known as HEROES, protect the city, while others, known as VILLAINS, defy the government and law and commit heinous crimes, such as treason against the 'President' and opposing our completely fair laws, such as the Death Penalty or the Kill Law, which allows any citizens to execute 1 person every month.

Romance is outlawed in our city.

Heroes are revered like gods in this city. Your social status depends purely on how strong your ability is, gauged on a scale of F to S.

You know all of this, of course, having lived here for... 15-21 years now, haven't you?

now, this next part is of supreme importance. If you're watching this, you were originally a part of a special Ability Modification/Enhancement program, without your knowledge, as we wiped your memory of the incident.

Now, I don't know what path you went down in your life, but there is one thing in common. You all have supremely powerful abilities, all higher than the B+ tier.

This is of supreme importance, okay? This next part will tell you the reason why you exist.

I'm not a revolutionary or anything I'm just a mere scientist who died years ago, but know this. This world... This city... You HAVE to take them down. They are corrupt, and they are evil. You have to find the others. Team up. Throw away any existing rivalries ior prejudices. You need each other. They are hunting you down as we speak. Go. Find them. Defeat the government. Prove to them this world is not black and white, but rather, shades of gray. You who are labelled as villains, you can save the world. You who are labelled as heroes, you can defy the government. Go. Elemental Manipulation
Triple Elemental Control Shadow/Electricity/Flame
(SS+ tier)
Enhanced Physical State- due to the amount of pressure put on his body when using flame or electric powers, his muscles have strengthened to the point where he is superhumanly strong, fast, durable and tough.

Burn Up- When using his Fire Powers, if centered around himself, he will burn from his own fire if it's too hot. This leads to painful burns across his chest, legs and neck, which is why he wears a scarf- to cover the burns.

Rapid Situational Analysis- He is able to rapidly adapt to any given situation or environment, and is able to analyze opponents and their fighting styles after just a few moments of observation.

Shadow Theft- he is able to steal a person's 'shadow' and use it to reanimate bodies. The reanimated bodies take on the personality of the shadow's original owner.

Awakened Regeneration- He has a regeneration factor that is able to heal any type of wounds quickly and efficiently. He can even survive getting shot through the head.

Advanced Martial Arts Proficiency- Literally what it says. He's proficient in Karate & Judo.

Single Move- LIBERATION!- Releases any objects or people stuck inside the black hole in a giant explosion.

Single Move- Cremation- A short range AOE move. It burns opponents with extremely hot blue flames.
Single Move- Thunderstorm- summons a thundercloud, zapping every and any opponent.

Personality: Despite having an edgy sounding name, he's actually quite chill and friendly. He acts like a big brother for those he cares about. He works alone, however, and is not a team player, as he believes they slow him down. He fights to protect those he cares about. Pretty flirty, actually. He has a bounty of $9,000,000, far above most other members of the Villain's society, mostly due to his incredible proficiency with his ability. But... Don't be fooled. Inside, he's messed up. He's probably the most insane person in the city. He's willing to kill however many people it takes to reach his goal: anarchy.

Ability: Extreme intelligence (crazy calculation and inhuman problem solving abilities, that kind of thing), telepathy and telekinesis

Telepathy details:
She automatically reads the minds of everyone around her, but can put up mental barriers to only allow certain thoughts through or block all thoughts. When given time, she can dive deeper into a person's mind, seeing their memories, emotions, pretty much anything that goes on in their head.
She can alter someone's mind as well, wiping or changing their memories, affecting their emotions, or even controlling them for a short period of time. The last skill is extremely draining, and only used in emergency situations.
Faction: Villain
Personality: For all her reputation and glamor, she is actually quite seemingly friendly and carefree when you meet her. She's gotten quite used to life as a villain, and is very different from her old self. She used to be serious and formal. She has quite a few tricks up her sleeve, has no problem with going behind your back, and knows how to charm people, so beware! As a villain, she doesn't really harm innocent people, there are many rumors that she helps them instead.
Backstory: Athena used to be a hero, completely dedicated to the city rules and everything the 'President' says. She was revered by everyone, bestowed the highest honors. But then... Let's just say she got kidnapped. By a villain. And he showed her just how wrong everything was, how wrong the rules were, how wrong the 'President' was. She realized that she had just been a blind follower, a tool used to enforce the law. And she didn't want that. She was disgusted by what she had become. So she disappeared off the face of the earth, and started her life as a villain. The authorities still don't know anything about her current status though, and all the sightings of her have been ruled out.

Electromagnetic Sight: The ability to perceive the surrounding environment as patterns of magnetic and electrical energy. The natural magnetic auras surrounding living beings can also be seen in this way.
Energy Absorption: The ability to absorb different bands of the electromagnetic spectrum via magnetic force to temporarily boost the user’s own strengths.
Geomagnetic Link: Since most users of this power are tied very closely to Earth's EM Field, she is highly sensitive any changes that it might undergo. This link also means that Earth lends her strength by its simple existence, and as a result they are granted an odd sort of immortality.
Magnetic Flight: The ability to fly by either gliding along the planet's natural magnetic lines of force or simply creating a repulsive force between Elucian and the planet.
Magnetic Force-Fields: The ability to erect a powerful force field that can be quickly expanded to protect large areas, or even used to suspend objects in the air.
Magnetic Pulse: The ability to focus magnetic energy into powerful concussive blasts for various purposes.
Metallic Bonding: The power to atomically bond metallic substances to any designated surface material. This technique allows metallic alloys to be blended with the earth, water, and air.
Organic Iron, Cobalt, Nickel Manipulation: The ability to control the traces of the three magnetic elements within organic matter, which allows full control over an opponent's body. This power can manipulate the iron-enriched blood-flow to one's brain to induce aneurysms or unconsciousness, alter thoughts and perceptions, or blank a person's mind completely. It can even remove ferrous compounds from the bloodstream entirely through a person's skin. Very precise branch, needs to be within line of sight, Elucian does not have complete control over it yet.
Superhuman Stamina: By drawing on Earth’s magnetic field, a user can dramatically increase the overall efficiency of her musculature. While enhanced in this way, the muscles produce considerably less fatigue toxins than the musculature of a normal human, allowing for far greater endurance during physical activity.
Superhuman Strength: The vast amounts of magnetic energy contained in Earth’s EM field can be channeled through the body for the purpose of granting vast superhuman strength of undefined limits.
Telepathic Resistance: The ability to create powerful electromagnetic shields around the user to block out or dampen attacks or mind probes from telekinetic or telepathic individuals.

Lawful Evil: Practices finely crafted evil, believes in common lawful traits like loyalty and order, but rarely exercises mercy or compassion
Enneagram: Type 5, The Investigator: Alert, insightful, and curious, able to focus on developing complex ideas and skills, sometimes become preoccupied with their thoughts and imaginary constructions.
Elucian is an honest person, who disregards the need for many relationships. She appreciates human connection and familial love, but outside that small circle, she uses interpersonal reactions for her own gain. She has an average sense of empathic/sympathetic kindness, an strong sense of moral reasoning, and a too extreme sense of social responsibility, meaning that she believes it is her job to change the world. Fairness involves 2 types of reasoning: justice reasoning which emphasizes logic and weighing principles to determine moral rights and responsibilities, and care reasoning which includes empathy and compassion; the ability to put yourself in somebody else's shoes. Name: FujiKase Florian
Villain Alias: The White Foxglove
Age: 15
Ability: He can make poisonous white fog that violently triggers the painful memories and fears of the people in it. He himself is immune to this power, it actually even makes his evasiveness and attacks. The fog is fully opaque, and no one else can see through it, making it easier for him to hide. However, if someone wears a hazmat suit or a gas mask, they are immune to the fear-inducing part of the fog.
Faction: Villain
Personality: Fuji is a very quiet but judging person, he regularly looks everyone up and down. But if you get close enough to him, you'll see his inner side, which is more judgier but in a lighter tone. He likes to mock people and bicker, generally making arguments that he usually cannot solve.

Appearance: Fuji has white hair that poofs up, similar to a wafting fog. His pupils are red and where his eyes should've been white, they are black. A black gas mask covers his face, hiding it from the public eye. He wears a black vest over a white sweater, helping him blend into his fog. The rest of his outfit are pretty normal: white trousers and black sneakers.

Hero Alias: Tellakon
Age: 19
Ability: He can teleport things and people at his will. However, the larger and more the things he teleports, the more tired he will be. If he is fully exhausted, he must sleep for a very long time to charge up again. A side effect, and less useful one, is that he can walk on walls and ceilings. That might be useful if he wanted to scare people.

Faction: Hero
Personality: He's a decent person, though he would rather think over the best choices than to sacrifice himself for a passerby. Usually tired, Hakku likes to get to the point, most of the time he's nice. He's the mature one in the group and would often chide others for being reckless and stupid.

Appearance: Hakku has choppy brunet hair that is longer at the back of his head. Small green horns poke out of his head, matching his hazel eyes. He wears a dark green super suit (similar to Viperion from Miraculous Lady bug) and a dark green visor is spread across his eyes. A reptilian tail with a tufted end swishes between his legs.
