"Oh, come on, Darkpaw! You have to stop hiding; you're going to scare us one day!" Snowypaw reprimanded. "Besides. YOU'RE going to help me fix up the nursery. Otherwise, I'm not sharing any mice with you for the next day." she threatened and blew some more cold air in her face. Then she stalked off to gather some more twigs.

Darkpaw shook off the icy breath Snowypaw blew on her. Whatever... She headed out of the Apprentice Den to find some materials for the nursery.

Faunakit would look at the seeds. "Are they edible?" She would ask. She would pick the cherry stem and leaves (And take the seed) off of the cherry and lick the cherry, she would do the same for the blueberry. (Besides the seed part-) "These taste great!" She would say with a glad look. "I think the blueberry tastes better." She said looking down at the blueberry and cherry in her paw.

Umbralscar nodded, sitting down next to Faunakit. "I agree." She said as she ate some blueberries she picked off herself. They are one of my favorite berries aside from strawberries."

Faunakit would continue to eat the blueberries and cherries. She would look down at them and ask "Could I find something to put these in? To give to the ones going on the journey to find a new home? I just wanted to know if I could or not because these may come in handy if they need food. Also, we could maybe grow some if we need to.". She would continue to eat some of the berries.

Umbralscar thought for a moment. "Hmmm... maybe we could wrap them in leaves?" She asked, tilting her head at the thought of it. "That is very generous of your, Faunakit. I appreciate it. I bit your kin would too."

Faunakit would grab a big leaf off of a weed nearby and put some berries inside and wrap them up. "Should I get some more for the apprentices, med-cat, the warriors, and the leader?" She would ask while continuing to wrap the berries up.

She would wrap up about 10 or less. She would keep the seeds inside of a rap (and a blueberry since she couldn't remove the seeds in those). "These will do for now." She would say excitedly. She would yawn "I am gonna take a nap, cya Umbralscar!". She would run to the nurser and fall asleep.

"Alright, sweet dreams, young kit." She whispered, yawning too as she found a tree to sleep under. She shuffled around a bit, doing a few things before fully taking a nap.

Faunakit would wake up and grab the berry wraps. She would run around the camp for 5 minutes, looking for Umbralscar. After another minute of searching, she would find Umbralscar underneath a tree talking to a tabby and a British blue cat. She would look at both. "Hey Umbralscar! What are you talking about with this tabby and British blue cat?" She would ask looking at Umbralscar, then the Tabby, then the British blue, and then Umbralscar again. She would still have the berries in some big leaf bags/satchels on her back.

"Ok. I would love to go if I am able to." Faunakit would hand Umbralscar, the Tabby and Skywhisper a berry packet from her satchel. She would give an extra to Skywhisper to give to Firepelt. Faunakit would eat a berry herself from a packet and close it, placing it back in the satchel.

"I'm not sure if Frozenstar is allowing kits to join us on the expedition. The older kits have been promoted to apprentices, so i believe they are eligible, but Faunakit, you're barely a few moons old!" Skywhisper smiled at the small kit. He appreciated her enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

"My apprentice Ivypaw will be making the journey with us," the small tabby dipped her head in acknowledgement. "She may become a warrior soon..."

Ivypaw lit up, excited. It was her dream to become a strong and reliable warrior.
