Caspian took her hand and nodded. He didn't want Mercy to be asleep forever. She had to wake up. He wanted her back soon. He didn't like knowing that she wasn't going to be awake for a while.

Hana led him back upstairs and to Mercy's room. She was still dead asleep, hadn't moved an inch. "There. Just be careful, okay?" She let him go.

Caspian was still crying, although not making any noises. He wanted Mercy to wake up. "Mom. Pleasssssse, wake up. I wanna ssssssee you awake again." He waited a minute, and after no response, slithered quickly out of the room and went upstairs to his room and closed the door, crying into his bead.

"Caspian, wait!" Hana ran after him, going into his room. "Hey, Caspian, it'll be okay... Like I said before, she'll wake up. Hopefully a lot sooner than when this happened last time..." She mumbled the last part.

Caspian was too busy crying into his bed to be able to hear Hana. He didn't like any of this why did these things always have to happen. His blanket was starting to get all wet and he was getting a stuffy nose as the tears left his eyes.

“W-w-when do you think she’sssssssss g-gonne wake u-up?” he asked Hana. He didn’t want to be without Mercy. He anted to always be with her. Well, not 24/7, but you get the point. He wishes she would come back soon. He hadn’t noticed Iruma coming through the door.

“R-really?” he asked her. He wiped his eyes and sniffed a bit, then looked up at Hana. He wanted to believe that Mercy would get up in a couple days. He knew she would. She always comes back.

Caspian nodded his head. He fed Shelldon quickly before going back to Hana and then slithering up her until he wws wrapped around her waist. He felt he could trust her, which made him comfortable in doing this.

Maiden woke up with a gasp in a field. She looked around, confused. She tried to think of where she was. She remembered falling asleep in the field in front of the village... with Overlord. She stood up. Where was Overlord?

Ellay ran through the rubble of the city. What the void was happening? They'd left to explore the world shortly after the war had ended, but she didn't expect to come back to the city in shambles. They just hoped everyone back home was ok.

The sky darkened slightly. Ellay jumped off the ground to give herself a boost.
